    Account Assistant

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Second class upper or Upper Class  (B.sc or HND) degree in Accounting or related discipline.
    • AAT Certification in accounting will be an added advantage.
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite. Proficiency in use of excel will be an added advantage.
    • Excellent numerate and book keeping skills
    • Familiar with use of accounting software. Familiarity in the use of QuickBooks will be an advantage.
    • Good knowledge of accounting principles, concepts and procedures.
    • Attention to details, good sense of judgment and analytically minded.
    • 1-2 years cognate work experience in accounting or audit practice.
    • Good verbal & written communication skills
    • Not above 30 years.

    KEY TASKS

    • Issue sales invoice and payment receipts for all sales transactions.
    • Support in the daily update of accounting records of all payables and receivables transactions.
    •  Update of daily sales and expense financial records.
    • Update of customer transactions in customer ledger schedule.
    • Preparation of weekly sales invoices, sales receipts and expenditure schedules/reports.
    • Petty cash administration.
    • Performs the function of a cashier as directed by superior.
    • Remittance of all statutory deductions
    • Maintain a correct and complete monthly record of non-vatable schedule

    Audit Officer

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Second class upper or Upper Class (Bsc or HND)  degree in Accounting or related discipline.
    • 2 - 3 years Professional experience in Internal Control/Auditing, gained in an audit firm or relevant industry experience.
    • Ability to demonstrate a good working knowledge of financial regulations and audit standards.
    • Familiar with use of accounting software and systems. Familiarity in the use of QuickBooks will be an advantage.
    • ADEPT working knowledge of Microsoft excel
    • Excellent numerate and analytical skills.
    • Ability to analyse and communicate financial reports from the auditor’s perspective in a manner that is clearly understood by all stakeholders.
    • Good planning and organizational skills.
    • Not above 35 years

    KEY TASKS

    • Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations’ effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations.
    • Verify ALL financial transactions for appropriateness, accuracy, correctness and reliability of financial statements.
    • Perform audits in assigned areas in accordance with audit programs in order to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, business processes and procedures.
    • Supervise and co-ordinate audit of ASNL assets at client locations.
    • Evaluate and test business processes and control to assess their adequacy and effectiveness, identify areas of risk and Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices
    • Prepare written audit findings and make suitable practical recommendations for discussion with senior management
    • Follow-Up on Management Action Plans on Audit Findings and Recommendations
    • Work with process owners and operational staff to implement audit recommendations and solutions
    • Perform reviews and other assignments as directed by the Head of Internal Audit and Compliance.

    Sales & Marketing Executive/Analyst

    REQUIREMENTS

    • B.A/B.Sc degree or its equivalent
    • NIM certification in marketing will be an added advantage
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft suite. Proficiency in use of excel will be an added advant
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Proven sales experience and drive in the sales of industrial consumables.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Not above 30 years.

    KEY TASKS

    • Generate leads for sales or partnerships and close deals.
    • Maintain Current customer base and increase sales per customer.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction
    • Prepare and monitor daily delivery routes for drivers
    • Weekly and monthly reporting on sales activities, opportunities, threats and progress to the General Manager and Managing Director
    • Ensure data is kept to monitor productivity of delivery vehicles and the drivers.
    • Responsible for bringing in a minimum amount of business per month based on a detailed plan to be agreed upon with the General Manager & approved by the Managing Director.
    • Ensure that there is no stock out of products at the factory/clients location.
    • Ensure timely collection of credit payments from customers.
    • Supervise & authenticate all daily sales transaction records
