Trainee/Graduate Architects at Multixept Associates Limited

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present concept design and layout
• Produce detailed drawings
• Prepare plans, sections and elevations
• Assist in design process
• Research technical systems and materials
• Negotiating with contractors and other professionals
• Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
• Conduct site visits and report progress of ongoing projects
• Deal with issues that might come up during construction
• Assist in post completion activities
• Review project documents for scope and budgets (for GA)
• Research and apply building legislation, codes and systems (for GA)

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited academic institution
• Excellent freehand drawing and drafting skills
• Excellent verbal and graphic skills
• Demonstrate aptitude for design and technical tasks
• Proficiency in CAD and computer graphic softwares
• Desire for growth in skills and diversity in the design process
• Knowledge of office standards, policies and procedures
• Knowledge of building legislation and codes (for GA)
• Professional registration (GNIA/ANIA) preferred (for GA)
