    Finance Manager

    Responsibilities
    Responsible for leading the financial reporting agenda within the organisation as follows:

    • Preparation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) – Profit & Loss accounts, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statements
    • Preparation of the monthly Management reports
    • Preparation of the Outlook financials and analysis through the monthly Risk & Opportunities process
    • Preparation of the annual statutory financial statement
    • Performance of investment / project financial evaluations and decision support

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Budgeting process
    • Business performance measurement
    • Investment analysis
    • Performance ratios
    • IFRS Reporting

    Qualification and Experience Required

    • A Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or other related field. A Post-graduate Degree will be an added advantage.
    • Must be a Member/Fellow of a recognized Accounting professional body: ICAN/ACCA/CIMA
    • Experience: Minimum of 7 years' experience in Financial Reporting with 5 years at Management/Leadership levels.
    • Experience with an ERP would be an added advantage
    • Experience of financial analysis and modelling techniques, practically applied within a retail/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Telecommunication or Manufacturing environment
    • Track record of success in highly demanding environment
    • In market knowledge - understands and relates to sales and marketing terminology and key performance drivers
    • Proven track record of influencing at senior management level
    • Clear and succinct communicator both culturally aware and adaptable

    Key Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong analytical, financial and IT Skills (familiarity with the usage of an ERP application is an advantage)
    • Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills
    • Knowledge of statutory reporting under IFRS
    • Knowledge of management reporting to Top Management
    • Investment / Project analysis skill
    • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
    • Excellent Presentation skills.

    Production Supervisor

    Details:

    Our client is a multinational leading flexible and packaging manufacturing company in Nigeria producing flexible packaging and PET bottles and plays a major role to various FMCG in Nigeria. They have clients such as Unilever, P&G, Coca cola, Nestle etc.

    As a Production Supervisor you shall serve within the Operations and Production Units to ensure efficient day - to - day running of the Factory.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ensure all work areas are clean and tidy at all times by keeping a clean desk policy and mandating the OOs and cleaners to adhere to this policy as well.
    • Observe and abide by SOP for HSE – Health, Safety and Environment.
    • Assist the Production Manager in order to meet customer orders and production targets/schedule in all units of Production.
    • Adhere to all standard operating procedure of the equipment and factory operations.
    • Assist the Production Manager to ensure all Factory target operations within Production unit are met.
    • Liaise with the Customer Service officer on all orders.
    • Understand and ensure proper documentation of units and records on the Machines in line with the various SOP of the machines and follow due process.
    • Assist Packaging officer within the Packaging department as at when needed.
    • Carry out all due process of the manufacturing process from raw materials to finished goods.
    • Monitor and ensure Quality Control from Start to finish goods.
    • Manage Stock of products, Staff kits (hair nets, aprons, and gloves), toiletries and sundry items needed for the proper running of a factory.
    • Carry out Analysis of products and ensure control quantities are kept properly and recorded.
    • Perform any other task or activity as shall be advised by Management for the effective running of the Factory

    SPECIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS

    • Must possess BSC in Engineering, Biochemistry / Microbiology / Chemistry. Minimum of HND in these areas or related areas may be considered.
    • 2 - 4 years’ manufacturing packaging experience
    • Ability to be creative and have a positive can do attitude.
    • Ability to document units and procedures.
    • Advanced skills in MS Office
    • Knowledge of all essential equipment and ability to oversee and schedule regular maintenance
    • Analytical skills to monitor production output and check for compliance with specifications
    • Ability to generate and submit reports on performance and progress
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, including ability to spot issues in efficiency/productivity and suggest improvements
    • Strong coaching and training skills to onboard new employees, including instruction on safety, e.g. how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
    • Willingness to enforce compliance with safety guidelines and company standards
    • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong work ethic—self-motivated and results-driven
