    Corporate Sales Consultant

    Job Description

    • Learn the products and services offered, including the sales terms (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
    • Set targets for the sales department
    • Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies
    • Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
    • Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates
    • Analyze market trends
    • Monitor competition and follow current developments
    • Ensure sales team is up-to-date with business targets
    • Motivate sales team to achieve great results
    • Find prospective customers and new target segments

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 – 4yrs experience in ISP sales
    • In-depth knowledge of statistical analysis software like SPSS or SAS
    • Familiarity with CRM programs

    IT Support/Service Desk Personnel

    Key Accountabilities

    • Managing the Service Desk queue
    • receive and respond to requests for support following agreed procedures in order for the requests to be resolved in a timely and efficient manner
    • Assist in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to applications in order to assist the team in providing a high level of customer servic
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, key business users, colleagues and external suppliers in order to provide a professional customer service approach
    • Communicate clearly, fluently and effectively to both individuals and groups by telephone and in person, via both verbal and written communication, in order to assist in the provision of a high level of customer service, including the provision of technical advice and guidance on matters using non- technical language if required
    • Ensure that support calls are monitored and updated efficiently and effectively, proactively communicating with the business in order to provide updates on outstanding incidents or projects
    • Work positively and communicate professionally across the team in order to make an effective contribution to team tasks and team spirit
    • Share knowledge and experience with other team members to contribute to the overall improvement of team capability and increase productivity
    • Regularly review logged calls to monitor completion times, and ensure feedback is given to the user in relation to their request.
    • Ensure completed and partially completed tasks are entered into the database, to maintain the current status of tasks outstanding and follow the logging procedures for the whole unit and be the focal point for all calls.
    • First level IT support and resolutions detailing updates, feedback and escalations (Desktop hardware issues, windows install & repair, patches and updates)
    • Inventory and Asset management for end user devices and general office infrastructure
    • Install/repair software related issues and end user applications (Microsoft office and mission critical software)
    • Troubleshoot LAN and network cable related issues
    • Housekeeping and monitoring on servers & services e.g. backups and restores
    • Responsible for passing on instructions to staff, recording such action in response to calls, requests etc. to ensure continuous service improvement

    Qualifications/Requirements

      • Minimum of 3years experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or related field of work

    • Hands on experience with customer service

    • Experience in project management
    • Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
    • Understanding of business practices
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Analytical mindset
    • Problem-solving aptitude
    • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
