Client: Genesis Snack Foods

To effectively manage the overall functioning of the Company, meeting the set objectives and achieving targets on a consistent basis by planning a strategic role in business development, achieving growth and upholding stake holder value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development, Planning and Reporting:
• Taking a proactive role in the formulation of future strategic objectives and bringing
• them to the board for discussion and approval.

Business Development:

• Responsible for achieving the approved annual budget and to meet the approved 3
• years forecasting as well as Company’s WIG.
• Responsible for increasing sales volume, reaching secondary targets, market share
• and width of distribution in the assigned territory.

Skills Required: The BU Head must possess the following skill set

• Relationship Management:

Qualification and Experience:

• Ideal candidate must have a master’s degree. 10 12 years in a Senior Management position with responsibility for profit center management within the food industry, especially FMCG.
• The candidate should maintain a high level if integrity and strong sense of ethics in all
• decisions and actions.
