    Services Customer Support Officer

    Job Description

    • This position is responsible for hands-on generation of daily/monthly invoices and tracker update.
    • Due to our diverse nature of customers internal and external the position requires adhering to different methods of invoicing and report production, resolving discrepancies in the process through data analysis or directly with the credit controller and keeping to a tight daily schedule for an accurate and timely invoice and tracker update.

    Main Activities

    • To generate daily/monthly invoices and tracker in an accurate and timely manner
    • To adhere to and maintain invoicing and tracker update processing methods and rules
    • Perform any other duty that may be delegated to us which is reasonable and within our level of expertise, which includes but not limited to DHL document/material control, booking of air tickets/hotel reservations, local SLA stock control.
    • Assist and respond to client or internal queries by phone and email
    • Respects all rules and principles of Company’s Trade Compliance procedures related to all operations and business practices
    • Backup of order entry on SAP
    • Any other duties as deemed appropriate by your line manager.

    Requirements/ Experience/ Skills

    • HND, B.Sc in Business Administration or relevant field
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word /Excel/Outlook, specifically for extracting data
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Data Analysis

    Desirable:

    • Knowledge of SAP.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Responsibilities

    • The incumbent is responsible for the company's financial condition, taking into cognizance risks and liquidity.
    • Optimize funds utilization through analysing trends to improve financial performance and improve systems and cash.
    • Generate schedule of cheques and cash received.
    • Establish company’s budget at year end for quarterly review.
    • Analyse Revenue budget gaps, communicate such to Management on monthly and quarterly basis for appropriate business actions to be taken.
    • Controls overhead budget, determining if funds are available and expenditures properly classified
    • Researches and analyses transactions to resolve budget problems
    • Provides analysis of available funds at management request.
    • Ensure expenditure is controlled within standard company guidelines.
    • Expenditures are verified and ratified with control departments.
    • Presenting and reporting accurate and timely historical financial information of the company

    Requirements

    • Experienced in logistics and haulage.
    • A minimum of 4 years experience as a CFO.

    Educational Requirements:

    • MBA
    • ICAN certified
    • B.Sc Accounting, Economics or Administration
    • Member of FRCN

    Skills:

    • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft office suite
    • Proficiency in deployment of Sage Evolution ERP
    • Financial reporting Skills
    • Excellent Communication Skills
    • Analytical skills
    • Managerial skills
