    Human Resource Manager


    Job Description
    Cedar Microfinance Bank is currently recruiting for the position of a Human Resource Manager. The HR Manager reporting line would be directly to the C.E.O, and he/she would be responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, promotion, retrenchment processes and effective implementation of Bank's policy.

    • Design KPA/KRAs of each staff member.
    • Coordinate and manage the performance management.
    • Review and formulate Human Resource policies, processes, and procedures.
    • Oversee the Administrative HR functions that include managing of HRIS, Medical scheme, etc.
    • Coordinate and undertake Staffing needs analysis and manpower planning for effective implementation of the recruitment and selection policy.
    • Support the business in achieving its key strategic objectives.
    • Provide and support employee relations within the bank.
    • Facilitate and conduct corporate training and development.

    Qualifications and Requirements
    He/She must possess the following qualification suitable for the job

    • First Degree or higher diploma in Human Resources Management/Development/Microfinance.
    • Excellent Computer and presentation skills
    • At least 3 years experience in a similar position
    • Deep industry knowledge in Labour laws and current HR business trends
    • Ability to proactively network with colleagues in the industry
