    Sales Director

    Job Summary:  The successful candidate will provide business leadership for the sales team to achieve the sales volume, distribution and share goal through leading the sales transformation plan and the execution of the overall company’s strategic business plan and reports to the General Manager.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy and plan to ensure profit maximization and excellent customer service.
    • Create and implement effective direct and indirect sales strategies and lead sales team towards achievement of sales goal.
    • Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales force
    • Provide supervision through field visits, observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and salary reviews.
    • Ensure product availability and visibility in trade through enforcement of healthy stock level in distributors warehouse and retailers stores.
    • Plan and co-ordinate information/data gathering and analysis to track CWAY brand against competition with the view to sustaining CWAY market leadership.
    • Provide sales management, budget control, compensation programs and incentive planning
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecast, meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
    • Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales result to goals,
    • Identify, nurture and harness new business opportunities to grow market shares through monitoring trend and development in market place.
    • Establish effective relationships and collaborations with other departments (production, Finance & Logistics) to address key business issues and opportunities.

    Education and Experience:

    • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing and related discipline.
    • MBA will be an added advantage.
    • At least 10 years experience in FMCG sector, out of 4 years must be at senior level position.

    Requirement & Qualifications:

    • Strong intrapersonal/interpersonal skills.
    • Good selling and marketing skills,
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Numerate and familiar with data analysis and reporting.
    • Demonstrate strong leadership qualities in team and client management
    • High level of integrity and enthusiasm.

    Sales Clerk

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Assist senior management in developing and reviewing the sales budget and sales forecast to budget variance analysis.
    • Communicate sales reporting and sales forecasting to the sales team
    • Daily compilation and tracking of sales team daily spend
    • Ensure current and future data software is met to provide accurate decision support.
    • Provide daily stock position from the factory warehouse and third party distributors
    • Provide daily delivery volume plan and actual delivery made report
    • Compilation and computation of market intelligence report
    • Communicate result to key stakeholders in order to support informed business decision by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations
    • Collect sales records, trend and evaluate performance measured against sales quotas.
    • Analyze sales and performance records, interpret results of overall sales, and recommend promotion or change of personnel who is having productivity challenge.

    Education and Experience:

    • First degree in relevant field. At least 2-3 years experience as sales clerk in FMCG sector.
    • Must be numerate and familiar with data analysis and reporting.
    • Must be a person of high level of integrity and enthusiasm.
    • Must be highly organized and must be able to plan him/her well.

    Sales Operations Manager

    Job Summary Sales operations manager is a tactical expert who solves process-related problems, identify and research tools and implement solutions that help sales & marketing teams reach their full revenue driving potential. Must be tactical but also understand the overarching strategy. assists the sales team realize opportunities and making their day more efficient so they can focus on closing sales.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
    • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement..
    • Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
    • Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
    • Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported.
    • Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization.
    • Recommends revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
    • Monitoring of daily and weekly national sales statistics report to the company. Monthly/periodic sales achievement and year-to-date- sales analysis
    • Provide input to senior leadership in the development and administration of sales.
    • Build peer support and strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel incentive compensation programs.
    • Working with Finance and Human Resources, supports with sales incentive compensation administration.

    Education and Experience:

    • First degree in relevant field, possession of an MBA will be an added advantage.
    • At least 5-7 years experience as Sales Operations Manager in FMCG sector.
    • Must have proven experience in planning, executing and delivery of sales strategies,
    • Experience with financial management including budget planning and preparation of reports.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communications. Can perform effectively under pressure.
