JOB DESCRIPTION:
MAIN JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
? Participate in events
? Generate leads and act proactively on project issues
? Submit an online planrnnq report at the beginning of each month
? Develop and maintam a customer database
? Make call to new and existing clients
? Develop and make presentation about projects roots services to current and potential clients
? Fill and submit registration forms when the need arises
? MalOtain aclivity records and prepare an online finalfsummative weekly report to the MD and CFO.
? Respond to all inquiries electronically or in person.
? Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship
? Follow up on registration activity and perform quality check on document delivery
? Monitor and regularly report on registration activitieslprogress and follow up for administration
EXPERIENCE
? Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
? Experience in customer service (public relation.)
? Experience in making presentations.
? Proven ability to achieve target

? Generate trust, show integrity and empathy, be outgoing, persuasive and have excellent people/communication skills.
? Be a good public speaker and know how to communicate in multiple media namely in social networking tool.

? Be computer f technology literate (basic knowledge of word, excel, PowerPoint and intemet browsing).
? Know how to motivate people, have good negotiation skills.
? Have good teamwork skills and be willing to share learn lessons and best practices.
? Continually seek and capitalize upon opportunities to build relationships and maintain if not increase customer sails faction
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION
? A bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
? Must be a licensed engineer of the National Society of Engineers, and COREN certified.
? Must have at least 10 years working experience and responsibility as an en$ineer, with extensive design and project management experience and must have held a similar position in the construction industry
JOB DESCRIPTION
? An individual who can leads the engineering design team in specific projects
? He manages design enqineers. draftsmen. and trainees.
? He may meet the architects. consultants and other engineers on the project to coordinate design issues.
? He studies the technical aspect of the design to determine the best system to meet the functional details
needs on the project,
QUALIFICATION
? BSc/HND in engineering with the minimum of post NYSC relevant experience.
? A registered member of NSE and COREN certified will be an added advantage.
