 An international Accounting organisation is looking for an Outbound Call Centre Agent to take up employment for 6 months at their office in VI, Lagos.

Candidate should:

• Have 1 year experience as an Outboud Call Centre Agent, customer service or similar role.
• Have 1 year experience in Upselling and cross-selling of goods/services.
• Have excellent spoken English.
• Preferably male
• Reside  in Lagos
• Ready to resume immediately.

 Key responsibilities will be to:

• Improve the Company’s market position and to achieve financial growth. Identifying business opportunities, building key customer relationships, negotiation and closure of business deals.
• Maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions in the private sector.
• Being able to identify large opportunities, network with key stakeholders and partners to build robust solutions, acquiring the business and developing it further.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial background, preferable in business consulting and/or B2B environments
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Marketing or a highly related field.
• professional work experience in the educational sector is an added advantage.
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role in the B2B industry sectors (IT Solutions, Business Advisory services, etc).
• Experience working in a skills development consulting role is an added advantage
