Responsibilities

• Maintain correct and proper record-filing for the company
• Manage all petty and vendor cash payment.
• Manage Banking relationships
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and keep abreast with tax issues
• Assist with preparing ad-hoc and other internal reports
• Schedule document pickup and delivery at the client site
• Assist/participate in all aspects of the company's operations, especially the accounts department
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• BSC in accounting
• ICAN Certified
• Preferably female
• Entry level or 1-2 years experience
• Conversant with at least one accounting software
