    National Sales Manager - Distributor Development

    Job Description

    • Provide leadership to the field sales force and drive brilliant execution of sales and trade marketing activations.
    • KD Development – including Wholesale Expansion
    • Field Sales / Trade Strategy Definition – including implementation and evaluation
    • Delivering agreed profitable commercial objectives: budget, financial management (including receivables), distribution, visibility, promotions

    Customer Relationship Manager

    Job Description

    • To drive sales force effectiveness through the measurement of sales force performance.
    • To collate, analyse and produce accurate reports on all sales force activities and other delegated duties within the HQ commercial function
    • Generate periodic business report - covering daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly
    • Develop appropriate template to drive real-time tracking of commercial activities and drive usage discipline

    Area Business Development Manager

    Job Description

    • Drive achievement of profitable volume/market share target for the Area via delivery of sales drivers (distribution, visibility, promotion/product support).
    • Drive development and successful implementation of the KD Scheme within the area fully deployed and standards maintained as per guidelines from retail redistribution manager.
    • Build relationship with KD’s and ensure periodic reviews with KD’s and minimum 30 wholesalers in his area focusing on growth drivers and delivery against distributor platform for growth program.
    • Drive cross-functional works relationship with internal Finance/Treasury team and partner banks/ Financial Institutions to ensure smooth implementation of the DFS.
    • Works with the Sales Operations to ensure the agreed KPIs are delivered by distributors.
    • Identifies training needs of Sales Executives / Open Market Reps – giving feeds to the RSM & HR on capability requirements and ensure a talent pipeline
    • Ensures brilliant execution of Trade Marketing/Marketing promotional activities by ensuring the right outlets are selected, agencies are adhering to our standards, constant review of what is working and on time in full delivery of reporting.

    Expectations

    • A graduate with minimum 3-5 years experience gained across sales/consumer/customer marketing.
    • A strong track record in Sales preferably in more than one area. Particularly critical is previous experience of Field Sales or other customer facing roles.
    • A good understanding of Sales Capabilities and tools and how these interact together to deliver brilliant execution in Field Sales.
    • Ability to coach sales team, clear understanding of Sales Drivers, Outlet Segmentation, Customer Relationship Management.
    • Previous experience of coaching/leading others and getting results through teams as well as good commercial understanding, strong numerical skills, a high level of computer literacy are important.
    • Previous experience of working with other parts of Sales and/or other functions is particularly valuable.
    • Good communication skills – written and verbal
    • Good IT skills
