    Commercial Manager

     Purpose of role
    To Drive Enumeration Activities in the District for increased Customer Growth & improved Revenue.

    Responsibilities

    • To ensure billing is done equitably in all zones according to energy consumed and all bills received are distributed within the agreed timeline
    • Liaise with accounts department to ensure that all un-credited customers’ payment is credited.
    • Ensures that Customers’ meters are accurately read and input submitted for capturing before or on the agreed timeline.
    • Supervision of PPM monitoring team to ensure that illegally connected customers are captured e.g. bye pass discontinuity/disaster recovery planning for the Company, its subsidiaries as well as Clients.
    • Collaborate with all stakeholders on Cash Collection Operations for improved Revenue Generation.
    • Interface with customers, general public & other stakeholders on all matters relating to our Services.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • HND/BSc.in Business Administration, Marketing, Social science or any related discipline;
    • MBA, Master in a related discipline is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 11 years cognate experience in a similar role & organization, out of which 6 years must have been spent at a supervisory level.
    • Nigeria Institute of Marketing (NIM), or any other related professional certificate is also a key requirement.

    Chief Information Officer

     Purpose of role
    To provide Technology vision and Leadership for developing and implementing IT initiatives to help company maintain a competitive advantage

    Responsibilities

    • Establishment of strategic service provider partnerships across the entities and maximize a mix of in-house versus outsourced services.
    • Provide technological guidance whilst aligning IT objectives and programs across the entities in line with Company’s objectives and strategies.
    • Define and implement IT standards and technologies to optimize the Company’s processes and ensure hybrid of IT/Business initiatives that affect all the entities and the Business.
    • Establish Business discontinuity/disaster recovery planning for the Company, its subsidiaries as well as Clients.
    • Coordination of the MIS deliverables from subsidiaries as required by the Company, its Board as well as in compliance with Regulatory Obligations
    • Defines requirements for new or improved technology implementations and communicate them to key business stakeholders.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • First Degree and a Master’s Degree in Computer/System/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering/ Applied physics/ Computer Science or a related field/MBA.
    • Minimum of 20 years of experience in a Service Industry preferably Utilities i.e. Power, Telecoms, etc. having held a 10 years senior management position for at least 5 years involved in strategic decision making.
    • Member of Computer Association of Nigeria (COAN) or Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPRN).
    • Must possess relevant certifications e.g. CCNP,MCP or CCNA

    District Manager

     Purpose of role
    Coordinate network preventive maintenance to achieve reduced Average Technical and Commercial Losses as determined

    Responsibilities

    • Generate Strategies for Network Improvement & System Flexibility to be submitted
    • Identify and implement strategies and procedures for reducing the estimated energy and uncollected revenues, including but not limited to reducing energy theft, increase billing, collection growth and debt collection.
    • Provide overall leadership of the business district staff, supervise and manage the Performance and Development of all the staff in line with the Organization’s goals, objectives, policies and regulations.
    • Interface with our esteemed customers, general public & other stakeholders on all matters relating to our Services.
    • Ensure effective & efficient management of Human, Financial & Material Resources of the District for Optimal Results.
    • Translate the organizations overall business goal into specific business target for the business district and outline action plans to meet the target monthly and for the year.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • BSc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Social Sciences or any other relevant disciplines;
    • MBA/Master in a related discipline is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 14 years cognate experience in a similar organization, out of which 5 years in a senior management role.
    • Member of relevant bodies such as National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMARK) or its equivalent
