    Digital Planner/Strategist

    Job Profile

    • Digital planners/strategists are the voice of the consumer within the agency.
    • They work with agency account and creative teams to produce strategies that are effective and targeted to the right audience.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work closely and proactively with colleagues to provide strategic direction on advertising engagements
    • Recommend and implement research that will aid in the audience insight gathering
    • Monitor and interpret cultural and social trends relevant to our client’s business.
    • Lead and collaborate with clients on research projects from start to finish.
    • Provide clear specifications for actionable relevant research to the team and client.
    • Recommend and implement research that will aid in the audience insight gathering
    • Develop accurate conclusions from research data and present strategy and direction to the client.
    • Generate and present agency’s strategic POVs.
    • Work closely with our tech and UX teams on digital strategy initiatives - providing strategic guidance for web, social and mobile programs.
    • Work closely and proactively with account management colleagues to provide strategic direction.
    • Collaborate with our creative team to identify powerful, cross-cultural insights that will form the foundation for impactful creative
    • Develop and conduct creative briefings that provide clear persuasive information.
    • Represent the client’s audience in client meetings and present research and strategy findings.
    • Support new business activities.
    • Manage and disseminate primary and secondary research knowledge across all agency teams.

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree with 3+  work experience in agency in account planning
    • Experience with primary (qualitative and quantitative) and secondary research
    • Ability to define problems, collect information, establish facts and draw valid conclusions based upon research and ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
    • Must be able to roll up your sleeves and dig deep - this is a very hands-on position
    • Able to inspire multidisciplinary teams
    • Experience leading primary research, including quantitative (e.g. surveys) and qualitative (focus groups, ethnographies, etc.) research
    • Experience using research tools
    • Advanced excel and powerpoint skills required
    • Must be passionate about emerging digital strategy disciplines, such as content strategy
    • Creative problem-solving skills to gather relevant information to solve less well- defined practical problems
    • Group facilitation skills for use with workshops
    • Ability to work on several projects or issues simultaneously
    • Ability to attend to details while keeping big-picture goals in mind
    • Ability to work independently or in a team environment as needed

    Typical Knowledge:

    • Well-developed knowledge of planning principles, methodology and practices
    • In-depth knowledge of one or more planning specializations;  such as consumer research, consumer strategy, consumer engagement or product development.
    • Knowledge of effective writing techniques
    • Statistical or algebraic knowledge and ability to apply such knowledge in practical.

    Communication Skills:

    • Strong writing and verbal communications skills, including the ability to read, analyze and interpret information from a variety of sources, draft research reports, presentations and white papers and effectively support presentation of research results to customers, clients and team members
    • Ability to write compelling, articulate and succinct creative briefs and media brief
    • Proven ability to effectively present to clients and internal audiences.

    Campaign Manager

    Job Profile

    • A Campaign Manager is about KPIs (both internal and external KPIs), Project Plans, Measurement, and Optimization.
    • Your core role is to deliver value to the client.
    • Your focus should be on resources, timelines and budget. You will report to Account Directors.
    • Campaign managers run marketing campaigns for products, services or events that target consumers or businesses. Should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
    • Digital campaign managers will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as programmers), and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Measure and monitor performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (timelines and KPIs).
    • You don’t have to do the reports but it is your responsibility to ensure that campaigns are running effectively.
    • Escalate the the need for a brainstorm for new and creative growth strategies.
    • Based on scrum meetings you would identify that certain KPIs haven’t been met or certain issues are arising, there should be a next step that should ensure all relevant parties create new strategies for growth.
    • Ensure accuracy of marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
    • Responsible for the successful delivery of all campaigns.

    The Campaign Manager will be expected to work with:

    • Planners:
      • Translate big strategy to executable plans during kick off meetings
      • Assign roles and key responsibilities for each campaign/project
    • Account Managers:
      • Ensure that you are within budget and clients expectation. Escalation of issues that fall out of these two expectation to the AM, and other necessary parties.
      • Ensure that key resource needs are outlined and budget needs for those resources are allocated for by AM.
    • Content Producers:
    • Manage and partner with content producers/suppliers to deliver content related projects according to timelines and brief.

    Key Requirements

    • Intelligently manages people and resources to ensure the delivery of results

    KPI:

    • Deadlines: Feedback from client is one of the single most important KPIs for the CM. Timelines must always be met.
    • Trello: Clearly articulated assigned roles and tasks on Trello.
    • Meeting campaign KPIs. They ensure that they know what everyone is to deliver and they have clearly articulated KPIs tracked every week.
    • Internal KPIs - Carefully ensuring that the cost communicated on the MA is adhered to by internal parties delivering projects, by communicating with the AM and relevant parties when budget issues arise. For example, the content producer gives CM feedback that the budget he had given at the initial stage for a project is less than he can accommodate. The CM escalates this to AM to ensure necessary action.

    • Trello: Kick off meeting and Trello board created within 24 hours of sign off.

    Account Manager (Digital Marketing)

    • Grow & Strengthen Client Relationships: Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients. Grow, nurture and strengthen existing client relationships. Support Account Directors in creation, implementation and management of Account Planning meetings and development of Client Account Plans.
    • Opportunity Management: Ability to identify, manage and key into opportunities to develop clients identified in the run stage to walk and from walk to fly.
    • Understand the financials: management of P&L’s on your account. Invoicing, 3rd party payments etc.

    Requirements

    • Capable of holistically approaching the digital marketplace, placing a keen eye towards the interplay between all marketing channels (online & offline). Strong digital background; working knowledge of Display, and Affiliate marketing will be an advantage.
    • Proven experience managing digital campaigns and clients, actively participate in team status meetings and perform administrative tasks.
    • Exemplary client service skills, with the ability to maintain client relationships.
    • Excellent presentation (verbal and written) and strong numerical skills.
