    Creative Media Executive

    Main Purpose of Job

    • Working as the editor of a magazine publication and ensuring it is published in a timely fashion.
    • Ensuring that all social media handles of the company are frequently updated with interesting and engaging content resulting in increased quantity and quality of followership.

    Main Tasks and Responsibilities

    • Sourcing for information and material to be published in the magazine
    • Writing and editing articles for the publication
    • Working with the team (management, graphic designers and outside contributors) to generate ideas and content.
    • Design plans and campaigns for all social media handles of the company
    • Responsibility for frequent and consistent social media postings
    • Deliver marked improvement in quality and reach of all media by introducing and implementing new processes and innovations.

    Specific Technical Skills, Qualification and Experience

    • Has a Tertiary qualification with preference given to a qualification in a related discipline.
    • Proven experience in creative content creation and social media tools, analytics and trends
    • Analytical mindset and critical-creative thinking
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; with the right tone and content tailored to each client or industry
    • Strong demonstrable writing and computer skills.
    • An ability to work under pressure and to a deadline.

    Office Administrator

    Job Description

    • Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the company office at all times.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and ensure delivery of invoices to clients.
    • Day to day accurate bookkeeping.
    • Keeping track of invoices and payment status of each.
    • Keeping company records and files up-to-date.
    • Managing petty cash/float. Disbursement and record keeping of same for diesel, stationery, transport e.t.c
    • Keeping record of all company transactions and working on financial accounts along with company auditor on a quarterly basis.
    • Liaising with potential clients via telephone, email and occasionally in person.
    • Liaising with contractors and vendors that service the company and ensure seamless delivery of service and payment for same.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc/ HND in any relevant field.
    • Accounting qualification is an advantage.
    • 1-2 Years experience in a similar role.
