    Sales Executive

    Job Description

    • The Sales Executive role is designed and created to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and market penetration, within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products to customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Promoting company ICT goods and services to existing and prospective clients.
    • Coordinate the onboarding of application users.
    • Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arranging modifications and resolving any problems arising.
    • Analyse the territory/markets potentials, track sales and status reports.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
    • Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Answering any technical questions, the client might have.
    • Presenting findings to the technical team to act on.
    • Answering any technical questions, the client might have.
    • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.

    Qualifications and Training Required

    • B.Sc or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Social Science.
    • Professional qualification
    • Certificate of proficiency in Marketing or any relevant field

    Required Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong Planning and Time Management Skills.
    • Proven work experience as a Sales specialist.
    • Outside sales experience.
