    Head of Finance

    Job Description

    • Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results
    • Approve or reject budgets
    • Conduct risk management
    • Evaluate and decide on investments
    • Supervise a team of Accountants
    • Allocate resources and manage cash flows
    • Conduct profit and cost analyses
    • Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information
    • Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations
    • Consult board members about funding options
    • Recommend cost-reducing solutions

     Qualifications/Requirements

    • 5-7 years work experience as a Head of Finance, Director of Finance or similar role preferably in a Financial Institution
    • In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
    • Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
    • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
    • Proficiency in accounting software
    • Solid analytical and decision-making skills
    • Leadership abilities
    • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
    • MSc/MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus

    Relationship Manager - HNC

    Department: Customer Relationship Management 

    Directly reports to: Regional Manager/ Head, CRMD 

    Job Summary

    • Ability to reach out and connect with prospects in High Net-worth Companies (HNC) and turn them to customers. To effectively establish and maintain productive and positive working/ business relationship with HNCs.
    • To make readily available these services under the auspices of Leadway Pensure; to plan, organize and perform the Customer Relationship Management function of the company, implement the policy and strategy in order to ensure the achievement of agreed targets, through effective and efficient utilization of available human and material resources, dedicated to HNCs.

    Job Description

    • Prospecting /Enrolment of New clients and Business Development in High Networth Companies
    • Manage Relationship with Existing Customers and contacts in the organizations
    • Educate prospective participants on the provisions of the PRA (Amended 2014).
    • Making formal/informal Presentations on company’s offerings.
    • Follow up on contribution (Funding of each participants account).
    • Escalation of complaints and prompt customerfeedback.
    • Rendering the necessary report as may be required within stipulated time frame.
    • Obtain market intelligence about prospects, competitions e.t.c.
    • Ensure prompt processing and payment of retirement benefits.
    • Organise CRM session/clinicfor prospects and customers in designated accounts.Map out sales Strategy to WIN HNC
    • Drive achievement of target –Forms, AVC, Funding; Transfer e.t.c.
    • Render Daily / Monthly Report Activity Reports.
    • Monthly Account status Presentation.
    • Perform other duties as may be directed by Management.

    KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI) 

    • Number of participants enrolled in High NetworthCompanies/Organisations
    • Average Income per Customer/ Company.
    • New Accounts conversion rate. Number & Value of Additional Voluntary Contribution mandates actualized
    • Change Window – Customer Attrition rate/ Actual number of Converts
    • Number of CRM sessions/ Clinics
    • Oversight function

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Minimum of 6 years post graduate experience in Sales/ Business Development
