    Stock Control Services Officer

    • Analyse and evaluate Material requirement planning parameters and propose modifications for validation by technical administrator.

    Qualfications

    X-Mas Tree Field Supervisor

    Premob & Logistic Supervisor

    • Validate the inspection with a green tag applied on the equipment

    • Inform the services company why the equipment is not in conformity and what they need to do to be in conformance.

    Safety:

    • Follow and apply COMPANY HSE Rules.
    • Implement site safety.
    • Prepare JRA with FO prior to operation’s commencement.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum experience 8 years working experience on the design and installation of various types of well completions in completion activities (onshore & offshore on exploration & development wells, work-over, well servicing and well intervention).

    Oil Spill Preparedness and Response Coordinator

    • Assist the various operational and support entities of DEEPWATER in developing , updating and implementing their Oil Spill Contingency Plans (OSCPs).
    • Develop and Implement Pollution Prevention and Control strategies for effective Oil/Chemical Pollution Control in line with NOSDRA, NIMASA, DPR, with Group standards, guidelines, policies and procedures, taking into account personnel competence, equipment availability, maintenance, deployment readiness and plans accuracy.
    • Set up remediation programs including monitoring plan to cover affected sites or locations in case of pollution damages to achieve regulatory closure for affected sites.
    • Develop systems and strategies for effective CNA and Mutual Aid assistance.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve Contractor and sub-contractors Pollution Control competence and resources. Ensure their plans are correctly bridge with Company plans.
    • Build or Review various oil spill contingency plans and when necessary, organize revisions with involved entities.
    • Ensure updating of reference documents, maintenance of oil spill equipment, products and materials, training of people, drills and exercises.
    • Review and document minimum volumes and stockpiles of dispersants or equipment available in storage ready for intervention.
    • Ensure homogeneity between Oil Spill Response Plans and others related Emergency Response Plan in DWD and in Company (Emergency Response Plans, Blow Out Contingency Plans, Crisis Management Plans…) and correct bridging with related contractors plans when required.
    • Coordinate, support and actively participate in Oil Spill Response within the frame of Emergency and/or Crisis Management Teams and Plans during drills, exercises or real incident response operations

    Qualfications

    • Graduate in Engineering or Applied Sciences, with at least 10 years experience in environmental management activities for Offshore and Onshore Engineering, Construction and Production of Oil and Gas facilities.
    • Recognized experience in Oil Spill Management in or with E&P companies or with Spill Control supporting entities like OSRL or similar.
    • Knowledge of offshore oil & gas E&P operations
    • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
    • Recognized Environmental Management qualification.
    • Experience in EMS implementation, Environment Studies, Operations, Reporting and Oil spill management

    Invoice Processing Accountant

    • Ensure the SOX compliance of all processed FI invoices, that it falls within the scope of those approved by Management to be accorded such treatment.
    • Posting of invoices in respect of invoice processing procedures for each Expense document: FI, MM, Custom duties and Tax liabilities (Royalties, Gas Flared and Capital Tax).
    • Control and validation of Company and Company DW expenditures of all elements registered within the accounting system (SAP) for all invoices and Credit Notes that will ensure the clarity of accounting treatment of the invoice to the external and internal auditors:

    Material Supervisor

    Safety:

    • Ensures that all drilling and completion equipment sent to the rigs or contractors’ base from Onne base is shipped as per company  Lifting and Safety standards.

    Stocks:

    • Follows up D&C stock in Onne. In particular, ensures that the electronic stock corresponds to the physical stock. Check proper nomenclature wording and supervise removal of duplicate nomenclatures.
    • Performs physical checks on materials and stock control movement on behalf of the rigs superintendents.
    • Ensures re-integration of equipment back to stock from the rig when it has been inspected by representative.
    • Maintains stock parameter within UNISUP system in conjunction with essential technical administrators.
    • Follows up material or stock return from rig, inspection & repair, storage conditions and regularization in SAP

    Warehouses:

    • Is in charge of organising the oil equipment storage and handling with the agreement of the head of logistics, material officers and store- keepers for optimised efficiency and control for in/out movement of materials.

    Unisup:

    • Performs all entries in Unisup in relation to Offshore Marine Logistics Management and procedures.
    • Follows up Material Management in close co-operation with stock buyers and warehouse personnel.
    • Raises simple Purchase Requisitions for stock materials and Non-compliance Report to purchasing team

    Qualifications

    • Technician with 10 years experience of drilling and completion.
    • Good knowledge of oil-well equipment is required as well as a good ability to communicate and co-ordinate jobs involving different departments and companies.
    • Personnel may be required to go to the rig for supervision if need be.

    Maintenance & Inspection Contract Coordinator

    • Reports to the Maintenance and Inspection Methods and Support Manager.

    This responsibility covers:

    • About 8-10 General Maintenance and Inspection Services Contracts
    • Up to 10 Frame agreements for various ad-hoc Maintenance and Inspection Services Contracts
    • Up to 5-8 Specific Maintenance or Inspection Contracts issued with single source services providers (OEM- Original Equipment Manufacturers)
    • Up to about 100 short term Service Orders per year
    • Globally Contracts and Service Orders amounting around 30MUSD per year.
    • May be acting some time to time in the position of M&I Methods and Support Manager.

    • Follow up Job preparation on operation program when required, follow up on technical approval of operations program and ensure that the right set of distribution list is available for transmission of the final operation program.
    • Daily update well files database and update the well schematic after each operation when necessary.

    • Organise logistics for third company when they visit Superintendants in Company office
    • Provide completion supervision & assistance at the rig site when required.
    • Provide Wire line and Slick line supervision and assistance to rig site and other rig less operation when required

    Qualifications

    • Minimum experience 1-5 years working experience on the design and installation of various types of well completions in well services activities (onshore & offshore on exploration & development wells, work-over, well servicing and well intervention).
    • Must gained field experience with slickline and well intervention operations (CTU, snubbing, stimulation pumping, well servicing and well Intervention operations).
    • Compliant with HSE Company Rules: Well control (well intervention) certificate, RSE certificate, etc.
    • Must gain knowledge of COMPANY rules.
    • Excellent communication skills in English.
    • Knowledge of French language not necessary, but would be an advantage
    • Demonstrated ability to make decisions and work independently.
    • Very good oral, presentation and written communication skills in English.

    Transportation and Installation Engineer

    Job Description

    • Review of transportation and installation procedures and analysis including load out procedure, sea fastening analysis, lifting analysis, pipelay analysis, jumper and spool installation procedure and associated analyses, and mooring analysis
    • Lead technical discussions with the CONTRACTOR, Marine Warranty Surveyor or other stakeholders
    • Participate to various technical workshops including Risk Assessment workshops
    • On an occasional basis, attend to activities on site or offshore

    • Follow up on interfaces with other Company packages
    • Preparing technical documentation for interface with FPSO, OLT & SPS contractors to make sure that technical issues are correctly identified by all parties,
    • Working in cooperation and getting assistance from dedicated  Team specialists (such as material & welding, corrosion & coating, etc ...), or third parties, if required, for specific topics.
    • Supplying verified information to the reporting system that allows full tracking of installation events either to be used for reporting issue or for mitigation of future change order.
    • Providing inputs to contract correspondence, as necessary and issuing reports and presentations as necessary.

    Qualifications

    • A Graduate Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline with M.Sc or equivalent, specialized in Mechanical and/or Naval Architecture Engineering.
    • Good understanding of hydrodynamic, Metocean data and preferably hydrostatic
    • Strong background in subsea installation engineer including installation of items such as pipelines/flexible, spools/jumpers and other structures.
    • Strong background and experience in mooring design, calculation and hook ups
    • Sound background in Oil and Gas installations, marine operations and offshore construction.
    • Minimum 10 years experience in Design and Installation of Subsea / Deepwater Steel Structures or previous exposure to UFR EPCI projects.
    • At least 3 years cumulative experience offshore on installation vessels
    • Good knowledge of international structural design codes / standards and  general specifications.
    • Good organizational skills
    • Ability to prioritize activities, identify critical aspects, propose solutions, lead specialists or third parties, summarize and present complex design issues including transverse and interfaces matters.
    • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
    • BOSIET certificate including Compressed Air Emergency Breathing system (CABS) training
    • Shall be in possession of a Department of Petroleum Resources Offshore Safety Passport
    • Shall have a valid Residence Permit
