    Civil Engineer

    Job Description

    • Ensure and promote the application of the Company HSE rules and specifications
    • Ensure that contractors comply at all times with safety rules, taking actions as required in case of disregards of the rules, stopping the works if they are deemed unsafe, and organizing tool-box meetings and recovery plans
    • Promote safety culture within Company personnel and contractors as well as the reporting of anomalies
    • Ensure and monitor the safety of personnel and installations as well as protection of the
    • Pursue within his team the HSE objectives defined by his line management
    • Carries out preliminary and basic engineering studies / in-house design for the civil discipline for onshore projects mainly (design basis, civil analysis lifting & transportation cases, lay-out & 3D modelling, etc.).
    • Carries out and supervises as the case may be detailed engineering performed by Contractors and installation
    • Interacts with Third Parties such as Certifying bodies
    • Ensures that the Engineering Contractors submit all deliverables on time and check it regularly
    • Prepares civil general arrangement drawings, specifications, MTO, calculation and checks
    • Coordinates the activity of a draftsman for the execution of the drawings
    • Support drawings, support lists, requisitions, load lists.
    • Carries out simplified stress analysis calculations and checks
    • Prepares technical evaluations and approval of civil contractor's
    • Reads and interprets facility engineering drawings, designs and make necessary modifications or recommendations
    • Interfaces with Procurement , Project & Construction Sections for civil engineering related issues.
    • Draws up and cross-check relevant procedures, international standards and TOTAL General Specifications
    • Prepares CFT for civil activities and relevant technical evaluation.
    • Follows-up Purchase Orders to ensure timely approval
    • Checks and approves civil engineering deliverables received from third parties
    • Checks that the design is developed in line with the Pre-Project and the statement of requirements

    Job Requirements
    Minimum Qualification:

    • B.Sc./B.Eng.(Civil) with 15-20 years experience in an Engineering Organization in a similar design position.
    • Use of Autocad & proficiency in use of SACS, STAADPro.
    • Knowledge o PDMS or Microstation is a plus.

    Job Description

    • Quality Control in Food Preparation
    • Service Supervision during lunch hour
    • Supervision of the menu and ensuring that it is followed to the letter.
    • Ensure that enough food is prepared to serve personnel through the canteen opening hours
    • Ensure the catering personnel apply the hygiene rule of "Cook-Clean" throughout the period
    • Ensure all service equipment is available and prepared for service
    • Ensure that chipped / cracked / worn out plates and flatware are not used for service

    Forensic Auditor

    Job Description

    • Six or more scheduled internal audit reviews
    • Four or more SOX self assessment campaigns
    • One hundred and seventy-six or more SOX controls
    • Two or more SOX unscheduled reviews

    • Two crude oil fiscalisation exercise
    • Two or more audit co-ordination exercises for operated JV partners’ audit NNPC and other related SERVICES

    The following activities shall be performed by the CONTRACTOR’s Designees:

    • Participate in the preparation of audit programmes prior to commencement of audit for audit Manager’s review to guide audit field work
    • Prepare planning memo for audit assignments before each field work to be reviewed by Head Internal Audit and Audit Manager
    • Prepare Plan Detaillie de Mission (PDM) in the course of audit field work
    • Create audit projects in TEAMMATE EWP and ensure planning memos and field work are documented in TEAMMATE
    • Proficiency in the use of Audit Command Language (ACL) and scripting for data analysis
    • Serve as TEAMMATE champion and provide support to other users of the tool
    • Participate in Internal Control Review of COMPANY’s processes and projects with Group Auditors (DCIAG)
    • Report audit findings/problems through audit memos and draft reports to affected departments and recommends solutions to identified problem after review by Lead Internal Audit and Audit Manager
    • Prepare draft audit reports to be reviewed by the Lead Partners’ Audit and Audit Manager, and send to top Management and audited entities for information, compliance and monitoring.
    • Participate in quarterly audit recommendation status report to be reviewed by Lead Internal Audit and Audit Manager and presented to the audit
    • Prepare executive summaries of audit findings and recommendations, reviewed by Lead Internal Audit and Audit Manager for top Management audition
    • Conducts special investigations, produces draft reports on findings and recommends solutions, review by Internal Audit and Audit Manager
    • Follow up status of implementation of internal audit recommendations and documents report in Teammate
    • Participate in annual COMPANY risk assessments reviewed and used in annual audit plan by the Audit Manager
    • Carryout periodic SOX self assessment test on the COMPANY’s control and carry out SOCRATE and proposes control remedial actions where necessary
    • Participates in non operated Joint Venture audits with Group Auditors and other JV partners to protect the Company’s interest
    • Participates in shareholders audit of NLNG and Brass LNG with Group Auditors and other shareholder auditors to ensure proper internal control
    • Participates in year end crude oil fiscalisation exercises with co-venturers in operated and non operated assets and drafts a report reviewed by Lead Internal Audit and Audit Manager
    • Carries out regular spot cash counts as assigned by the Audit Manager
    • Participates in year end stock taking exercise
    • Carries out any other duties/projects that may be assigned to him/her by the Hierarchy

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years experience as internal auditor in the oil & gas industry 2 years of which must have been acquired in TEPNG
    • Self starter and good listener
    • Excellent writing skill
    • First Degree plus ACA or ACCA or CISA certification will be an added advantage.

    GIS Engineer

    Job Description

    • Pre-Project studies for Survey and GIS related jobs for both Onshore and Offshore Locations: 1.1 Desk top study for site assessment using base maps, satellites imageries, etc 1.2 Site visits and issue reports.
    • Design and propose location of sampling points for HSE studies both onshore and offshore locations
    • Maintain and update of offshore geospatial data in the SDE for the publication of interactive web based map
    • Maintain the database for all affiliate geopetroluem structures installed onshore and offshore
    • Chopper aerial survey for emergency situations both onshore and offshore locations
    • Project Documentations, create and maintain perpetual link to archived geocodinated datasets in   PRODOM  for visualization in interactive web base portal

    • Perform various onshore and offshore surveys, GIS based applications, update the SDE's using data acquired from cadastral, aerial & satellite based techniques and ensure that the processes are adhered, to achieve desired results.
    • Prepare various interactive maps according to demand and make such available to the user entities
    • Prepare maps for all HSE and other entities for field studies both onshore and offshore
    • Lead the team for positioning of HSE sampling points on onshore and offshore locations
    • Participate in QA/QC of the acquired GIS field databases
    • Assist other user entities achieve set targets — based on Survey and Geomatics technical requirements
    • Participate in HSE, technical and commercial evaluation of contractors to select viable contractor for geomatics project mobilisation/execution.
    • Maintain and keep updated offshore installation and PHC data sets
    • Project Surveyor on offshore surveys for barge move and positioning
    • Prepare and issue interactive maps using ArcGIS tools.

    Job Requirements

    • B.Sc in Survey and Geomatics with 5 years' plus cognitive experience in Survey and Geomatics in O&G industry.
    • Good knowledge on ArcGIS and related software
    • Good spoken and written English
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

    Desk Assistant

    Job Description

    • Provide comprehensive data base of interventions performed on all onshore and offshore wells
    • Ensure that completion, work-over, well interventions, wire line / slick line, well head maintenance and stimulation campaign reports received from field supervisors are properly classified and filed for reference to developed and implement in the most efficient, safe, environmentally friendly and cost effective manner, taking fully into account all COMPANY and Legislative requirements and  Legislations
    • Follow up Job preparation on operation program when required, follow up on technical approval of operations program and ensure that the right set of distribution list is available for transmission of the final operation program
    • Daily update well files database and update the well schematic after each operation when necessary
    • Initiate Well View file for each well operation in the Well view system to provide an access to the well services supervisor
    • Follow up Operations
    • Control the data and ensure that the information from the site are correct and consistent with operations ongoing, in order to ensure that reliable database is built
    • Liaise with GSR and Well Performance Department for distribution of all logging or monitoring operation report done by third company
    • Maintain strong Interface with Slick line Superintendent, Well servicing Engineer and Completion Superintendent.
    • Organise logistics for visiting various companies for pre-mob inspection and yard test of third company technical visit within minimum time.
    • Interface between Superintendents to ensure equipment and tools delivery to all sites
    • Organise logistics for third company when they visit Superintendants in TOTAL office
    • Provide completion supervision & assistance at the rig site when required
    • Provide Wire line and Slick line supervision and assistance to rig site and other rig less operation when reqired
    • Collect and distribution to third company after signature of all “Time writing” and “Time sheet” from the Well services personnel
    • Interface between well servicing and other entities to ensure the validation of completion programs, organise distribution list for operation program dispatching to various entities related to well servicing operation and to ensure third party Company involved in such operation get the program at minimum time for adequate job preparation
    • Interface with different asset group (production, GSR) when necessary
    • Interface with third company services when necessary for meeting and visit
    • Review job/report and verify if they are in compliance with operation program
    • Ensure that historic is updated on time before each operation planned
    • Ensure that everything is validated (Vehicles, ..) before any visit or displacement of well servicing personnel
    • Ensure that for each measure operation, the report have been delivered by the third company
    • Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, safety and Environment, by abiding by Local Statutory Health, Safety and Environmental Corporate Health, Safety & Environmental Policy and applying Management Systems.
    • Review HSE risk acceptance criteria and specific emergency preparedness requirements for rig less operation and update as required
    • Investigate and report onshore and offshore incidents and non-conformances that are assigned to his area of activity
    • Follow up the well specific HSE plan during the
    • Participate in regular well service and stimulation unit inspections with contractor and act on the results of these
    • Ensure QA/QC commitment from service companies is applied
    • Follow and apply COMPANY Rules

    Requirements

    • Minimum experience 1-5 years working experience on the design and installation of various types of well completions in well services activities (onshore & offshore on exploration & development wells, work-over, well servicing and well intervention).
    • Must gained field experience with slickline and well intervention operations (CTU, snubbing, stimulation pumping, well servicing and well Intervention operations).
    • Compliant with HSE Company Rules: Well control (well intervention) certificate, RSE certificate,
    • Must gain knowledge of COMPANY rules
    • Excellent communication skills in English
    • Knowledge of French language not necessary, but would be an advantage
    • Demonstrated ability to make decisions and work
    • Very good oral, presentation and written communication skills in English
    • Rigorous, curious, well organised, reactive, team work / Flexible to handle operations from office, Offshore or On location leadership
