    • Ensure, under the leadership of the  Operations Head of Technical Support, Operations input in the development of the  Field global Mechanical and Rotating Equipment Systems (covering SPS Facilities, FPSO Topsides and Hull, Vendors Packages, UFR) such that operations requirements are consistently met through the design and acceptance testing of the various mechanical systems

    • Acts as Company Representative for work groups, when required, ensuring Company position on marine issues are put forward, and full briefing to Management provided.

    • The position is responsible to the Marine Manager with respect to providing Marine inputs, in line with Company requirements, for all stages in the lifecycle of Call for Tender’s (CFT’s) related to Marine Services, namely; definition and justification of the needs, drafting of contract strategies, developing of technical exhibits for ITT publication, preparing of technical evaluation criteria, performing technical evaluations, performing pre-award site visits and acceptance tests etc.
    • Acts as the custodian of the technical evaluation stage for all marine related call for tenders. This includes performing evaluations, preparation/responding to technical clarifications requests and preparation of Technical Tender bulletins as required, during CFT’s.
    • Provides Company Marine representation during partners and regulators engagement e.g. NAPIMS, NIMASA, NCDMB etc.
    • Coordinates Contractor service quality meetings (SQM’s) and Marine Contractors forums.
    • Responsible for planning and management of all diving activities for the Affiliate.
    • Ensure that diving operations are carried out safely and in accordance with applicable regulations, codes and standards.

    Laboratory Leader

    Production Data Management:

    • Undertake Daily Tracking of all required production data & events
    • Perform suitable analysis of production data & events in required formats
    • Perform timely production events corrective actions follow-up & close-out

    Production Reporting:

    • Preparation of production forecast using PREVISTA / EXCEL Spreadsheet
    • Participate in technical and operations analyses, audits and inspections
    • Prepare support documentation for Production Performance Group meetings
    • Perform optimisation and troubleshooting studies in conjunction with Offshore Technical Support team and propose improvement solutions.
    • Participate in the preparation and updating of procedures and guidelines for the execution of production performance operations, taking safety and protection of the environment into consideration
    • Provide technical assistance to the offshore operations team on production performance tools.
    • Meter performance analysis for production data quality assessment.

    Qualifications

    • Education: B.Eng in Chemical or Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent)

    Maintenance Supervisor

    Job Description

    • Reports to the Head of Maintenance support based in Lagos.
    • Ensure proper preservation of Field Operations material warehouse area, including spare parts, capital items, and non stock material temporarily stored in the base).
    • Implement the maintenance plans approved by the Technical Administrators, propose maintenance plans updates and improvements, coordinate the replenishment of consumables necessary to ensure material preservation,
    • Coordinate the mobilisation of contractors or Third Parties in charge of specific tasks aiming at ensuring proper preservation / certification of stored material such as preservation, testing, inspection, etc…
    • Supervise accordingly the work performance in compliance with Company standards and procedures
    • Liaise with warehouse team to ensure proper storage in adequate locations: air conditioned store room, under shelter, chemical store, hazardous material store, etc…; provide technical support on storage specifications to warehouse staff.
    • Represent the  Maintenance and Inspection technical sections in Onne as Technical Administrator correspondent.
    • Represent the A M&I Technical Administrators, typically in the Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines for material receipt, or technical conditions investigations. Participate to Material receipt from a Technical Point of view as technical user representative.
    • Coordinate as necessary with FO stock controller the movements for materials to be repaired, populating as necessary the Unisup SAP based management system.
    • Assist the technical Administrators, Stock controller/Superintendent for spare parts master data modification, inquiries and investigations; also report stock material discrepancies to all concerned.
    • Follow-up services requisition as necessary for the repairs of materials as specified; keep data bases up-to-date as required.
    • Liaise with concerned Technical Administrators to supervise the maintenance or inspection works performed in Contractor workshops within Port Harcourt District.

    Qualifications

    • University degree or equivalent with minimum 5 years experience of Maintenance in oil industry; with also some logistics, stock control and warehousing, experience.
    • Experience of Computerised Stock and Procurement management systems including some experience of SAP.
    • Preferably familiar with UNISUP (PM and MM modules;)
    • Perfect command of written and spoken English.
    • Supervisory ability.

    Inspection Engineer

    • Assist the DW Topside Inspection Head in all documentation aspects including UnisupReporting, use of FAME +, initiation and followup of Topside Inspection Activities.

    • Assist the DW Topside Inspection Head in all aspects, as required, in relation to the Inspection activities performed offshore or in Contractor Premises or in the Logistics Base. Contribute within the Onshore
    • Inspection Team to the performance of the Operational Inspection Activities, by assisting in Campaign and
    • Shut down Preparation, (mobilizations, work followup, methods definition, reporting and reporting analysis and documentation filing and securing

    • Ensure active participation in the organization of pre-Service safety meetings – paying particular attention to (1) lifting & hoisting operations & preparation, (2) dropped object prevention awareness, (3) hand injury and (4) moon pool activities
    • Assist and advise to ensure timely & correct follow-up reporting on events, incidents, accidents, anomalies
    • Ensure HSE performance monitoring and the related benchmarking of KPI’s are in place, well known and followed
    • Communicate with presentation skills using computer tools as a safety leader
    • Assist and advise HSE enhancement competency and training of personnel (company and contractors)

    Qualifications

    • E&P Drilling & Wellworks with a minimum of 5-7 years operations experience and/or HSE
    • Offshore OPITO Sea Survival/HUET w/Certification up-to-date; Annual Medical Check-up
