• Candidates applying for the position of Assistant Lecturer must possess B.Sc. (Mechanical Engineering) degree from a recognized university; NYSC discharge or exemption certificate; M.Sc. • Candidates applying for the position of Visiting Professor/Reader (Estate Management) must possess a First Degree in Estate Management with Ph.D in the same or related/equivalent discipline with relevant teaching and research experience at University level.
• Also, the candidate must be corporate members of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuer (NIESV) and must be registered member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVRABON).
• Evidence of research and publications in reputable national and international journals and proven ability to conduct and supervise industry and student related research, are essential.
