• As a project architect, you will be the individual who is responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of the development of the design, production of the construction documents and specifications of some of the most exciting construction projects in Lagos.

Requirements

• Minimum of 15 years experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
• Ability to set goals and expectations and hold others accountable
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships
• Strong communication and good presentation skills - particularly in dealing with client and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership skills

Job Description

• The lead interior designer will be responsible for managing the interior design needs for a key hotel project in Lagos.
• To understand the design project
• To prepare, and develop with the team where required, drawings, models, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to the design
• To co-ordinate the internal design team for the project
• To take responsibility for the development of the design and the project
• To contribute, or otherwise assist, as required
  

Expectations

• Bachelor Degree
• 5 years of working experience in an architectural or interior design organization with emphasis on hospitality design projects.
• Project management experience is required.
• Team Player with ability to switch gears easily and multitask
• Must be able to work within fast paced, deadline driven working environment
• Must be able to work within budget requirements
• Must have interpersonal and communication skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
