    Maintenance Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage the maintenance of plant and equipment
    • Significantly improve plant performance and reliability
    • Coordinate all maintenance and engineering activities within a large scale, complex and defined area
    • Define, implement and manage a risk based maintenance strategy to meet business safety, environmental, financial and operational objectives at minimum cost and in the safest manner
    • Minimize plant down time by developing and overseeing the implementation of effective breakdown management system

    • Outline safe operational procedures which identify and take into account all relevant hazards.
    • Execute regular site inspections and ensure policies and procedures are being properly implemented
