    Branding and Communications Manager

    Details:

    Job Objectives

    • To manage the Tranos brand by developing Plans and implementing strategies that will support the Brand and its products and also help to achieve its marketing objectives.
    • To grow the Tranos brand and effectively communicate branding and marketing information as well as the essence of the brand internally and externally.
    • Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Design and develop a brand and communications strategy for Tranos ensuring its alignment with the company’s values and missions.
    • Plan and implement the Tranos brand and communication strategies, programs or projects.
    • Ensure that evaluation systems are in place to measure performance.

    Brand Management

    • Ensure articulation of TRANOS’s brand essence and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the company and ensure communication of image and position to internal and external constituencies.
    • Develop and execute internal branding strategy in line with the agreed brand essence.
    • Drive brand growth and loyalty.
    • Leverage customer insight data to refine brand management strategies.
    • Identify and implement brand-building interventions.
    • Manage the company’s online presence (Website, Online PR and Social Media Platforms) and assets in order to create awareness for the Organization and its products, Engage with its customers, Generate new leads and work with the Sales Team to close these leads.

    Corporate Communications

    • Oversee the implementation of intellectual property strategy through trademark management, domain name registrations, and risk management ensuring their appropriate use.
    • Provide thought leadership materials for internal and external consumption.
    • Coordinate and manage content management and information sharing among departments, divisions, external customers and divisions.

    Marketing Coordination

    • Oversee the production of all print and electronic materials such as brochures, Radio & TV Commercials, Annual reports, website, social sites etc.
    • Oversee and guide marketing and promotion activities in TRANOS.
    • Develop and implement media planning, purchases, and innovation strategies.
    • Coordinate and manage the effectiveness of the Marketing Agency in the delivery and implementation of the brand strategy.
    • Customer Service
    • Liaise with production planner to draw up production plans and do timely reviews

    Competency and Skills Requirements:

    • Industry Knowledge
    • Experience in managing a manufacturing brand or working in the manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
    • Experience as a customer relations personnel.
    • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in branding, corporate communications, advertising, marketing.
    • Culture-Oriented Mind-set
    • Must have a can-do attitude
    • Must be apt in proactive problem solving
    • Must be interested in continuous learning
    • Must always take responsibility and be accountable for individual and group goals
    • Must be able to work smart and leverage for outstanding results

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communication or a related field.
    • Experience in managing a manufacturing brand or working in the manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
    • A business or marketing master's degree or a Masters of Business Administration with concentrations in brand management, marketing, or communications is an added advantage.
    • APCON Certification will be an added advantage.

    Sales Manager

    Details:

    Job Objectives
    Generate and develop sales of up to TBD per annum

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Champion the articulation and development of plans, programs and strategies to facilitate the realization of the marketing and organization-wide strategies.
    • Develop long and short-term business goals, objectives and targets as part of the marketing department’s planning process and responsible for bringing in a minimum amount of business per quarter based on a detailed plan which would be agreed upon with the Managing Director.
    • Conduct extensive market research and intelligence gathering on customers and competitors as well as identify and respond to environmental factors impacting the long term strategic direction of the business
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients and customers. Source for clients, generate leads for sales or partnerships and close deals. Attend workshops, trade shows, seminars anther networking events to keep up-to-date on changes in the industry and to meet business people.
    • Prepare bids and proposals and carry out follow-up activities and Work with colleagues in the preparation of quotations and responding to RFQs.
    • Responsible for developing opportunities in targeted industry sectors.
    • Other duties as may be assigned by the Managing Director
