    Marketing Executive

    Job Description

    • Expanding customer base and income portfolio
    • Increase company revenue
    • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects
    • Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects;
    • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
    • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
    • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
    • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by engaging in continuous learning.
    • Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships

    Risk Manger

    Job Description

    •  Ability to identify, assess, manage and monitor all Enterprise related Risk Management (ERM) techniques as it relates to the company and its subsidiaries.
    • Ensure compliance with all SEC related ERM guidelines and reporting requirements.
    •  Identify all risks including but not limited to Market risk, Operational risk Liquidity Risk, Interest Rate risk etc.
    •  Perform Liquidity stress Tests and Scenario analysis providing mitigants to same for management consideration.
    •  Knowledge of Nigerian Capital Market and compliance requirement including but not limited to NFIU; SCMUL etc
    • Manage, control & report all identified risk areas.
    •  Review liquidity ratio target, actual liquidity ratios and notify Management of breaches.
    • Develop risk management policies such as Stress Test policy, Contingency Funding Plan policy, Foreign Exchange Risk Management policy, Market Risk policy, etc.
    • Drawing up framework for operational risk and internal compliance function.
    • Review all internal policies and frameworks to ensure full compliance.
    • Highlight gaps in internal practices and making recommendation for improvement
    • Compile operational risk reports for senior stakeholders and committees.
    • Implement Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the company and its subsidiaries.
    • Work to achieve NO occurrence of business disruptions.
    •  Ensure process integrity, compliance and effectiveness.
    • Conduct compliance & risk assessments
    • Conduct and document audits of client compliance to industry standards.
    • Maintaining current knowledge of laws and regulations as it relates to Nigerian capital market, keeping abreast of recent changes.
    • Providing guidance to the board of directors, senior management, staff, and employees on compliance
    • Overseeing and monitoring the implementation of the compliance program.
    • Collate and disseminate operational risk reports and other relevant reports to Stakeholders from time to time.
    • Monitor new legal and regulatory developments and update policies and procedures accordingly

    COMPETENCY AND SKILL

    • excellent knowledge and experience of ERM principles and policies
    • Very good working knowledge of Microsoft office
    • Good communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
    • Knowledge of BASEL III
    • Strong on reporting and presentation of data for ease of use by end users
    • Problem solving and strong analytical abilities
    • Proactive and sound decision making ability
    • Possess a high moral character and professional integrity
    • Excellent leadership skills to oversee team of professionals

    Qualification

    • Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Banking, Finance, Science or related field. Advanced degree a plus.
    • Minimum 5+ years  related and unbroken work experience in compliance role
    • Knowledge of the relevant laws, regulations, rules, codes and guidelines
    • Demonstrated expertise in regulations and regulatory matters
    • Prior work experience and knowledge of the capital market NFIU rules and ISA will be a major advantage
