  • An International Company requires applicants for the following Position:

    Reservation Officer/Travel Agent

     

    The Job
    All applicants for the above mentioned positions must be well spoken, outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic, vibrant and financially
    motivated. bGood Communication skills to work with public. Fluent in writing and speaking English

    Responsibilities:

    • Will be the first person to greet the customer, you are expected to be clean, neat in appearance in accordance with airline standards.
    • Efficiently handle customers and their queries achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall team revenue, yield and volume targets
    • Handle issues, re-issuing and re-validation of clients PN R in Amadeus and Sabre
    • Comply with the organisation'S reservation policies and procedures and standards of customer service (i.e. handling guest problems, answering telephone enquiries within 3 rings, pre-f1ight checks, timeliness. grooming, courtesy etc.)
    • Keep self up-to-date on airlines rules, policies and procedures
    • Will handle ticket sales for all airlines currently operating in Nigeria.
    • Produce the daily and monthly sales report in Microsoft Excel and Word

    Qualification and Requirements

    • Minimum degree in any discipline
    • 1-3 years' work experience
    • Candidates should have good communication skills
    • Candidates should be able to work with little or no supervision
    • Candidates should be energetic and dynamic
