Shop Supervisor at General Foods and Sweets Manufacturing Ltd

Details:

• Ensure the shop is ready for operations.
• Checking of order list and ensuring all is packed accordingly.
• Cross checking the return/unsold items list submitted by sales persons.
• Must be present in the shop at all times to ensure that premium service is offered to all customers.
• Be the first point of contact with customers; take customer's orders online and on site.
• Ensure the sales people perform their roles at all times.
• Coordinate between the shop and the production centres.
• Monitor the stock level and make requisition as and when the need arises.
• Ensure regular training are organised for the sales people (daily, weekly and when the need arises).
