    Social Media Analyst

    Ogun state is seeking for a Social Media Analyst to monitor the company’s social media initiatives and implement successful marketing practices.
    For this role, the candidate must have a deep understanding of how different social networks operate and be familiar with Search Engine Optimization (SEO) for online content.
    Ultimately, the candidate will manage all social media campaigns, an ardent follower of most celebrities. Increase the company’s brand awareness through effective social media strategies and campaigns.
     
    Requirement:

    • 3 – 5 years’ experience in social media marketing with demonstrated successes.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Experience working with popular social media advertising platforms found in Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
    • Experience working with popular social media monitoring tools to drive traffic and ultimately covert them to sales.
    • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
    • Following latest news, gossips, handle of blogs, newspapers and notable people in the entertainment industry.
    • BS/BA degree preferred.
    • Must have flare for graphics and brand/advertisement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Must manage and help to create marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers).
    • Must assist in link building campaign and nurture social media platform-specific communities and audiences.
    • Must research and administer social media tools on a daily basis in support of clients’ social media strategy.
    • Must monitor and evaluate social media results on a daily basis in coordination with client goals and benchmarks.
    • Must keep pace with social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
    • Must report to the head of sales &Marketing.
    • Must be young, agile and flexible.

    Facility Manager

     The ideal candidate will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning.
    The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. Leadership abilities and phenomenal efficiency can set you apart among our candidate pool.
    The goal is to ensure the business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.
    Facilities include a training institute, large warehouse, hostel, admin carport offices with 100 occupant expandable to 300.
     
    Requirement:

    • BSc/BA in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field.
    • Relevant professional qualification (e.g. CFM) will be an advantage.
    • 7years work experience with HSE training at barest minimum.
    • Proven experience as facilities manager.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage maintenance budgets.
    • Manage vendors and artisans contact.
    • Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards.
    • Perform analysis and forecasting.
    • Allocate office space according to needs.
    • Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments.
