    Cleaner

    Responsibilities:

    • Clean, dust and mop office floors by using a variety of equipment and supplies
    • Wipe down tables and chairs and make sure that stubborn smears are removed using appropriate cleaning materials
    • Empty trash cans and make sure that all trash is properly disposed off
    • Clean and wash down windows and ensure that they are dried properly
    • Ensure that the office kitchen and equipment is properly cleaned and maintained
    • Wash down restrooms and ensure they are sanitized properly
    • Replenish towels, soap and toilet paper in bathrooms on a regular basis
    • Wipe down walls, doors and wall hangings using appropriate types of cleaners and cloth
    • Replace light bulbs and identify maintenance issues
    • Ensure proper cleanliness of the areas around the restaurant such as walkways and parking lots

    Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

    • Minimum of Secondary School Certificate
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks
    • 2 years relevant experience
    • Work experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is an advantage

    Store Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Receive, identify and verify merchandise.
    • Prepare purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock and maintains inventory
    • Maintain files appropriate to the activities of the unit, such as invoices, order number, receiving date, shipping date, etc.
    • Verify ledgers, statements and supporting documents.
    • Arranges stock according to requirements and established procedures,
    • Oversee the delivery of merchandise following an established schedule and coordinate special deliveries by transmitting the necessary details to the persons concerned.
    • Keep records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location
    • Update procurement team on status of stock to avoid stock-out
    • Preparation of stock report.

    Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

    • Minimum of OND in a relevant discipline
    • Knowledge of stock rotation and inventory analysis.
    • IT Savvy; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel
    • Able to work in a fast-paced environment/ under pressure
    • Strong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
    • 2 years relevant experience
    • Work experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is an advantage

    Responsibilities:

    • Preparation of food according to recipe
    • Ensure food is prepared as per food preparation requirements
    • Ensure meals are produced on time, and sufficient quantities are available.
    • Maintain stock levels of all kitchen supplies
    • Must be able to assist the head chef/ the production manager in all sections
    • Be available for functions as they arise to ensure that the food is prepared and served as required
    • Must ensure all HACCP protocols as well as best practice is applied daily in the kitchen operations

    Cashier

    Responsibilities:

    • Take customers’ orders
    • Collect money from customers and provide correct balance.
    • Process credit card and debit card transactions.
    • Keep track of a cash drawer and ensure it is balanced at the end of the shift.
    • Serve as a liaison between the customer, the managerial staff and the kitchen staff
    • Handle guest complaints and notify manager on duty immediately
    • Maintain awareness of menu and special items.
    • Clean cash register/POS machine.

    Host/ Hostess

    Responsibilities:

    • Welcome customers to the restaurant
    • Maintain the flow of service throughout the dining area
    • Ensure tables and chairs are correctly set
    • Clearing and cleaning of tables
    • Carry dishes and other tableware to the kitchen, removing empty bottles and trash, and scraping and stacking dirty dishes.
    • Prompting customers to complete customer comments cards
