M.SC in social or related field with at least 5 to 7 years’ experience in human resource management. Knowledge of US. Government regulations especially the HHS Grant policy Statement is required.

B Sc. in Accounting or Finance or Business Administrative or recognized equivalent with 3 to 5 years’ experience in Accounting related to NGOs and community level programs with increasing responsibility.
