    Head, Human Resources & Administration

    Job Description

    • Develop and manage the HR strategy for the School; the strategy must cover the key HR functions; Recruitment, Performance management, Talent management, Training & Development, Employee relations, HRIS, Compensation Management etc.
    • Develop and manage HR/Administration department budget
    • Lead key, major HR projects to deliver specific objectives and strategic changes in the school
    • Initiate and implement talent management initiatives
    • Drive the promotion of organizational culture that supports the School’s vision and high productivity
    • Lead and champion communication across departments by initiating heads of functions meetings from time to time
    • Conduct annual manpower planning including career development and personnel audit
    • Develop modern core HR policies in response to and addressing business needs of the school and legal compliance requirements
    • Responsible for managing and improving performance management system
    • Oversee the activities of service providers; HMO, pensions, insurances etc and constantly evaluate their performance
    • Generate reports from time to time on various HR activities/ innovation
    • Develop policies and procedures that deal with HR issues
    • Monitor the school wide objective setting process
    • Provide advice and case management support in areas of grievance and discipline
    • Develop and maintain excellent management information and HR systems e.g. ESS and premier HR to provide up to date information to aid management decision
