Responsibilities

• Tracking / Monitoring of Field Officers.
• Ensuring Tools are kept in good shape always.
• Supervising other Staff and tracking Shipment effectively.
• Creating Shipping / delivery routes and Schedules.
• Hub Operations / Airport Operations management.
• Ensuring proper and accurate documentation of processes.
• Ensuring timely delivery of consignments and Turn-around maintenance.
• Generating daily/weekly/monthly reports on Inbound /Outbound to the management

Qualifications and Skills

• Good Communication / Inter-personal skills.
• Numerate and Numerical Analysis.
• Databases Management and Software Installation Skills.
• Logistics / Haulage Management and Business Operations Analysis.
• Procurement Management and Inventory Control Analysis.
• Programming Skills with BASIC, COBOL, C, C++, C#, Dbase (iv) and SQL.
• Microsoft Office / Projects Planning and Management.
• Inbound and Outbound Shipping Specialist.
• Operational Management and Requirements Analysis.
• Supply Chain Management and Service Delivery Management.
• Analytical and Problem Solving Techniques.
• Solves Customers Queries, Complaints and Issues To Meet Customers Satisfaction.
• Candidate must have over 8 years working experience of role in Courier/express delivery.

Remuneration
N2,400,000 per annum.
