You will lead in ensuring security and safety within WaterAid West Africa region, including mitigation of the risks posed to country programmes, staff, partners and assets, as well as provtdtng advice on security. The jobholder will provide specialized, coordinated and focused security and risk management support across WaterAid West Africa region with focus on Mali in the
first year.
You will bring strong experience of security management and risk mitigation to inform initiatives and capacity development of security focal points in the different country programmes, maintaining strong working relationship with country programmes and relevant external stakeholders.
This role requires significant travel within the region.
