Job Description
Main Functions:

• Support field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation (Lock out Tag out: LOTO) for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Verify and issue electrical work permit to contractors for lighting, air condition and motor maintenance
• Supervise contractors to work safely. Immediately intervene on unsafe acts
• Participate for Job Safety Analysis (JSA) review with contractors
• Start work as scheduled. Resolve issue and immediately notify FLS if issues remain unresolved
• Closely monitor contractors’ quality to follow Maintenance Procedure & Practice (MPP) and prevent rework
• Provide daily progress update to FLS and planner
• Get FLS’s approval prior to proceeding any changes
• Verify and accept job done by contractors

Job Requirements

• Electrical Technicians to work as Safety Equipment Technician and Electrical Maintenance Technician.
• Good project management skills, strong knowledge of IPES system, Strong coordination and planning skills
• Has basic instrumentation skill to read-off gauges and dials. Good in equipment alignment.
• Strong computer skills (word, excel power point etc.), Ability to coordinate contractors activities, order materials/parts for safety equipment repairs, liaising with equipment manufacturer Knowledge of HVAC systems controls City & Guilds, OND, HND or Degree in Engineering.

Main Functions

• Work with company and contractor’s site management and Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) organizations to implement the project and site safety programs and advice on best practice.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team members, including consultants and contractor personnel
• Conduct regular safety inspections/assessments onsite and at key off-site subcontractor locations in accordance with established project and site safety plans or as requested by site team members
• Identify and work to eliminate hazards, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts; work with company, contractor, and subcontractor management toward achieving an injury-free work place
• Keep site management apprised of significant safety issues and plans/progress towards resolving issues and eliminating hazards
• Communicate safety initiatives, achievements, experiences, and issues from other sites and projects with site team members and contractor/subcontractor safety advisors/management
• Participate in investigation and follow-up of incidents/accidents; prepare notifications/reports for communication of significant incidents to company project/functional management per project incident reporting procedures and matrix
• Coach and advise contractor/subcontractor safety professionals/management in incident investigation documentation, reporting, and follow-up, including root cause analysis and case management
• Monitor work processes to ensure compliance with the site work permit system and area/system responsibilities
• Prepare/provide a safety induction briefing to new team members and visitors to site
• Collect and share safety company's lessons learned with other sites and project and functional management
• Identify and assist with prioritization of opportunities for site safety process improvements

Job Requirements

• JVO requires a SAFETY TECHNICIAN to work as OIMS TECHNICIAN.
• 3 -5 years of experience in safety and knowledge of ExxonMobil OIMS system will be an advantage. HND or BSc in any discipline with preference for sciences/engineering
• Experience in Construction Safety-related positions (previous experience within the group preferred)

Job Description

• Guides the Project Team and FEED/EPC Contractors to ensure compliance with Contracts and Company Project Information Management standards across all project Phases (FEED, EPC, Turnover, and Handover)
• Responsible for reviewing Project final drawing deliverables and making recommendations to reconcile the drawings with the facility master drawings.
• Coordinates redlining and markup of facility drawings during HAZOP/Integrity Critical Documents Review
• Responsible for maintaining database of UN facilities Integrity Critical Drawings
• Information Management Contact for Usan, Oso and BRT. Interfaces with operations on drawing changes, ensuring that operations markup changes to the facility on drawings and also coordinates the CAD update.
• Train and provide guidance to operations on redlining drawings
• Develop and Maintain the Information Management Plan, and supporting procedures, templates and guidelines

Job Requirement

• Previous EM experience would be added advantage.

Job Requirements

• Skill in repairs of pumps, (like centrifugal pumps), Valves, couplings, gearbox & Caterpillar engines. He should be familiar with deluge system. Good judgment in detecting abnormally in a rotating equipment.
• Five to ten years’ experience in Installation/Maintenance rotating equipment including Valves, experience in project management. Knowledge of safety equipment like survival capsules, life rafts
• OND, HND or Degree in Engineering
