    Navision ERP Developer - Expatriate

    Job Description

    • Provide team leadership on individual projects.
    • Supervises, schedules, reviews and monitors the project and effectively handles escalations. Facilitates amicable solutions according to project situation and timelines.
    • Develops proposals, responses and project presentations on need-to-need basis.
    • Takes right decisions during project meetings and presentations in terms of resource allocation and timelines by focusing on the delivery of agreed project tasks.
    • Active role in Configure, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
    • Create new and modify existing customisation as requested from users subject to the approval from management
    • Act as a technical liaison to business groups for external application support
    • Test functionality developed against business requirements
    • Upgrade of Navision to newer versions, and implementation of third party add-ons as needed.
    • Investigate and resolve technical issues in NAVISION
    • Work with internal Navision team to create technical specs for new ERP functionality.
    • Experience in Dynamics NAV Functional will be added advantage

    Expectations

    • Minimum 7 years experience
    • Strong experience in supporting Manufacturing & Distribution companies
    • Qualified MCA/MCS/M.Sc (Computer)/BE (Computer)
    • Minimum three years of experience in Dynamics NAV.
    • Experience on NAV 2015 is a must
    • Sound knowledge of C/AL, RDLC reporting, SSRS.
    • NAVISION 2009, 2013 R2, 2015
    • SQL Queries, .Net Technologies, Web Services
    • Experience in handling a team size of 6 - 10 members.
    • Multi-level interaction skills to manage the team and coordinate across Companies for overall management of the project.

    IT Systems Manager - Expatriate

    Job Description

    • The IT Manager will be primarily responsible for the IT network and systems; manage a team and provide strategic overview to meet future business and systems requirements.

    Main responsibilities will be to manage:

    • Datacenter and SQL server database
    • High- End data storage and server system
    • LAN/WAN/VSAT/Firewall and internet network
    • Active directory domain and document management system
    • Desktop/network support, CCTV network
    • IT assets and website
    • Manage and execute the implementation of projects within the IT
    • Manage the development, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade and support of all current IT network and systems, network and systems
    • Communicate regularly with executive management and all users
    • Manage and develop all IT staff which includes training, evaluation, guidance and discipline
    • Ensures department compliance to established IT policies, best practices, standard operating systems, processes and procedures along with protocols and guidance
    • Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery, back-up procedures and control structures.
    • Keep up to date with new technology
    • Manage the financial aspect of the IT department which includes purchasing, budgeting and reviews with cost/benefits analysis for IT spending and initiatives
    • Negotiate and administer IT supplier contracts and service agreements.

    Expectations

    • A minimum of Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or its equivalent (BE/B.Tech in Computer sience/Information Technology)
    • Relevant certificates (MCSE, ITIL preferred)
    • Minimum of 5 years work experience as an IT Manager in a multinational company with at least 1,000 employees and overall 10 to 12 years experience in IT
    • Progressive IT experience in a multi-office environment
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Strong project and time management skills
    • Excellent problem solving, analytical and evaluative skills

    Advance knowledge and management of:

    • Microsoft server/desktop OS and applications
    • Hardware device functionality and application software troubleshooting
    • Datacenter and SQL server database
    • High end data storage and server system
    • LAN/WAN/VSAT/Firewal and internet network
    • Active directory domain and document management system
    • Desktop/printer/Laptop/network support and CCTV network
    • IT assets and website
