Job Responsibilities
- The candidate who must possess strong legal background with credible evidence will report to the Senior Partner.
- To provide qualitative and astute legal advisory services in relation to the Firm and its business
- Be able to incorporate companies in accordance with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) guidelines
- Versatile with filing of annual returns and CAC search
- Be able to organize formal meetings and take minutes
- Handle Clients legal advisory services
- Carrying out research on legal issues for the firm
- Interface with external solicitors engaged to provide adjunct legal services to the firm
- Perform other corporate services and any other duties that may be assigned to him by the Senior Management of the Firm.
- Review and vet letters, agreements, security and other legal documents
- Must be hands-on interpretation and application of Tax laws, Legal texts and statutes
- Ability to handle pressure and work with minimum or no supervision
Requirements
- LLB, BL with a minimum of second class upper division
- 3 -4 years post call and NYSC relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player and good organizational skills
- Ability to take responsibility and demonstrate high level of integrity with all stakeholders
- Logical and ability to multi task
- Analytical and lateral thinking skill.

Key Responsibilities
- Sell IROKOTV subscription from their designated Kiosk and within its environs
- Identify opportunities for corporate sales and new market frontiers for agent to explore and market IROKOTV
- Provide customer service to existing subscribers
- Receive cash on behalf of IROKOTV for new subscriptions, and remit to IROKOTV bank accounts provided
- Market IROKOTV and create awareness around the kiosks
Key Requirements
- Should have previously worked - or have an understanding - of sales/ target driving job.
- Should be of high integrity, and have guarantors and references that are verifiable (as agents will be dealing with cash).
- Candidates should be confident, outspoken and able to convince customers to subscribe to IROKOTV..
- Candidate should live close enough to locations were there are kiosks/vacancies to ensure successful candidates are able to easily commute to and from work.
- Preferably, candidate will have a functioning Android phone - in some cases, the company can issue the candidate a phone, subject to having a comfortable level of assurance from the candidates guarantor

- Contract Length: 3 months (with the option for renewal, based on performance)

Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate and win sales for the organization thereby contributing towards the achievement of team and departmental targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with specifiers and suppliers, for the purpose of creating and strengthening business alliances that complement company's core competencies.
- Participate in sales presentations aimed at pitching for business across pre-determined locations as required in the sales/marketing scorecard.
- Prepare proposals and quotations for the provision of total bathroom solutions, working with the other teams in preparing installation proposals.
- Manage customer/client accounts, maintaining knowledge of key account status and following up on outstanding invoices and receivables that are due.
- Assist in conducting after-sales and/or post-project assessments aimed at ascertaining accuracy, promptness of delivery and overall customer satisfaction.
