    Quality Systems Manager

    The Job

    • Implementation, maintenance and improvement of quality food safety and other management systems
    • Establish efficient and effective processes and tools for compliance with standard requirements
    • Conduct inspections/ audits and implement  corrective and improvement plans for non-conformities noted
    • Monitor the performance of compliance program and conduct training and pep-talk for system improvement

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Food Technology, Science or Engineering
    • ISO series and other management systems training.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in Quality and Food safety Management System

    The Person must:

    • Have good leadership and people management  skills
    • Have good Communication skill.
    • Have process control/ improvement skills
    • Have auditing  and presentation skills

    The Job

    • Completion of Form M for all imports
    • Organising and delivery of Exchange control Documents  to Banks
    • Collection of Group Customs Assessment Notices from Clearing Department for payment of relevant Customs Duties.
    • Processing of Export Documents (NXP Forms, Proforma Invoice, Sales Invoice etc) for export of Wheat Offals and filling of all other related documents with the Regulatory Bodies, such as Cobalt, NEPC etc.

    Qualifications

    • 5 O’ level credits in not more than 2 sittings
    • OND in Finance related discipline

    Boiler Operator

    The Job

    • Check operating parameters of the boiler, air compressor and chillers to ensure they meet required specification
    • Carryout preventive maintenance and trouble shooting to reduce downtime in boiler operation
    • Monitor the operation of the boiler to identify air or steam leakages and rectify promptly.
    • Document level of water usage to know the daily consumption level

    Qualification/Experience

    • WAEC/Technical Certificate
    • 3 years related experience

    • Be Physically fit
    • Be safety conscious
    • Have basic knowledge of boiler parts and functionality
    • Have basic computer knowledge

    • Carryout planned preventive measures within scheduled time
    • Allocate jobs to maintenance team to ensure quick response and resolution of request from user department
    • Monitor log book to check job repairs done as well as pending jobs, follow-up and ensure prompt resolution
    • Maintain compliance by subordinates with HSE standard and hygienic work environment

    Qualifications

    • First degree Mechanical Engineering
