Job Description/ Requirements

• Reasonable understanding of Information Technology
• Good working understanding of Windows 2000 – 2013, Windows 2013 Server.
• Answer telephone calls in a professional and positive manner as stipulated in the telephone mannerisms presentation
• Resolving customer queries on FX team products within the IBC
• Advanced computer skills – Microsoft Office 2007
• Customer service oriented
• Effective communication skills, verbal and written
• A first degree or equivalent in any discipline, Minimum of 2nd Class Lower Division (2.2)
• At least 1-year experience in banking operations, ideally within the corporate financial service sector.
• Applicant must be 30 years and below
