    Sales Executives



    Job Description:

    • Servicing the needs of the existing customers through distribution and re-distribution of company products
    • Build and promote strong, lasting customer relationships by partnering with them for sales improvements of company products
    • Create new potential customers and service them accordingly
    • Meeting Sales target as set by the Management
    • Preparing and reporting all daily, weekly and monthly reports accordingly through DFR/PJP
    • Monitoring competitor’s activities/strategy and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and trade item success and suggest such to Management
    • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market and suggest such to Management for active activation
    • Identify the needs of customers and try to satisfy them within the limits of the company resources.
    • Ensure collection of outstanding (if any) and maintains zero monthly outstanding personal sales records at all times


    • University Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
    • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or Marketer of FMCG products.
    • Must currenlty reside in the North of Nigeria
    • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
    • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
    • Hardworking, persistent, and dependable
    • Positive and enthusiastic attitude/a can do mindset
    • Ability to meet and surpass a set target
