    Manager, Professional Programmes

    Reporting to the General Manager, the appointee will be responsible for business development and the co-ordination of all professional and certification programmes of the Company.
    Other key responsibilities will include:
    Co-ordinate City and Guilds, National Innovation Diploma (NID), and other professional and certification programmes, Source and maintain relationships with facilitators for professional and certification progammes,
    Curriculum review and development for all programmes
    Co-ordinate the business development team for new business and relationship management
    Liase and manage relationships with the certification bodies.
    Develop new programmes in line with industry requirements
     
    Qualifications and Experience   
    BSC/B.ENG/HND, with preferably post-graduate degrees in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic        
    Engineering or other related disciplines,
    Not less than twelve years experience in engineering practice,
    A minimum of three years experience in Engineering training or Consulting.          
    Ideal candidates will currently be functioning as the Head, or Deputy Head of an Engineering
    training firm, or as a Senior Lecturer in the engineering section of a tertiary training institution

    Power Consulting and Training Manager

    The appointee will report to the General Manager, and will have responsibilities for the establishment and profitable management of the firm's power training, consulting, recruitment and outsourcing SBU.

    Other key responsibilities will include:
    Providing technical expertise for power training and power consulting projects,
    Developing power training and consulting products and services,
    Review and update curriculum for power training programmes,
    Developing new businesses and maintaining relationships with clients and foreign technical partners.
    Identify, scope, negotiate and lead the implementation of power consulting projects
     
    Qualifications and Experience
    Minimum of ten years management experience in the Power Industry,
    ideal candidates will have extensive experience in consulting, training and management,
    Good knowledge of alternative power sources, including Wind and Solar Energy, etc.
    Good Project Management/Implementation experience
    Strong business development skills
    Experience in SBU start-ups will be an added advantage

    Oil and Gas Training Manager

    The Role:
    The successful candidate will report to the General Manager, and will have responsibilities for developing and managing the firm's new initiatives in Oil/Gas training, manpower supply
    Contracts, and for co-coordinating specialized recruitment for the oil/gas industry.

    Key responsibilities will include:
    Identifying, structuring, and delivery of training and capacity building programmes for all sectors of the oil & gas industry,
    Sourcing and managing manpower supply and outsourcing projects in the oil/gas industry,
    Developing and managing recruitment support services,
    Developing and managing relationship with international partners in all areas of the firm's business,
    Facilitation of training programmes, and identification and management of relationships with training facilitators,
    Leading from the front to develop the market for the firm's business.
     
    Qualifications and Experience
    BSC/MSC in Mechanical, Electrical or Petroleum Engineering, Geology or any of the Engineering Disciplines
    Not less than ten years varied experience in the oil industry
    Ideal candidates would have had some experience in the HR/Training function of well structured E&P Companies, or in an oil service company.
    Experience in SBU start-ups will be an added advantage

    Full or Part Time Engineering Training Facilitators

    These individuals will be responsible for facilitating technical/engineering programmes in the following areas:

    Electrical/Electronics
    Automation/Instrumentation
    Plumbing and Pipe fitting
    Refrigeration and Air Conditioning/HVAC
    Mechanical Engineering
    Electrical Power Systems
    Engineering Projects
    Technical Supervisory and Management

    Suitable candidates for these positions will be HND/BSC or MSC Holders with upwards of eight years industry experience in the various subject areas, with some training facilitation experience, or a flair for teaching and research
