Job Description

• This person will report directly to the CEO and will oversee internal marketing teams.
• This person ensures that the marketing department’s activities contribute to the company’s long term success
• He/she will develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness.
• Other functions include setting current and long term goals for internal teams and designing and reviewing the marketing department’s budget.

Requirements

• B.Sc in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
• MBA in Business Administration, Marketing and Communications or relevant field is a plus
• A minimum of 12 years in marketing with at least 5 years in similar position
• Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google analytics, webtrends etc,) And google Ad Words
• Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus
• Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
• Solid knowledge of SEO, web analytics and google adwords
• Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques

Requirements

• B.Sc in Human Resources or relevant field
• 5 years proven work experience is similar position
• Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
• Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
• Good computer and database skills
