Qualification/experience
Preferably a University degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division
Minimum of 5-6 years' experience in manufacturing and related industry experience
Strong leadership and team player with high organizational skills
Strong analytical skills and impeccable character
Excellent communication skills and tolerant in the handling of staff matters
High proficiency in MS office applications,
An above average knowledge on organizational development would be an advantage
A University degree in Civil / Structural engineering or Architecture with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division
Must have at least 7 years in project management (civil & architectural)
High proficiency in computer especially in Microsoft Suite, AutoCAD / ArchiCAD + 3D Max will be an advantage
Must have good knowledge in architectural drawings
Ability to manage and supervise subcontractors and materials suppliers
Proactive and self-motivated with excellent planning and negotiation skills
Good communication skills
Qualification / experience
A University degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division or Upper Credit
Must have at least 6 years marketing experience with a technicla background
Must be creative and innovative.
The person for this job must be result driven and ability to work under pressure to achieve set objectives.
Excellent communication skills
Effective / efficient interpersonal relationship skills
Must be computer literate
Must have deep knowledge of construction costs and procurement process.
Ability to work, under pressure.
Architectural background is added advantage
A University degree with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division preferably in Architecture / Civil Engineering.
At least 5 years' experience in a similar interior designs or civil construction
Excellent attention to details and numeric skills
Ability to interpret drawings and advice on designs modifications
Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills at all levels and high level of initiative
High proficiency in AUTOCAD and MS office application.
