    Staffing Coordinator (RETAIN)

    Job summary for Staffing Coordinator (RETAIN)

    • The Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for managing Retain, which is the central resource planning system for planning and forecasting of revenue and resources)

    Key Duties and Responsibilities
    The Staffing coordinator will:

    • Ensure that data in Retain is current and reliable at all times
    • Ensure that staffing schedules across the SLs are maintained within Retain consistently and on a real time basis
    • Mpnitor actual vs budgeted utilization of auditors/consultants (to prepare Month-to-date and Year-to-date Utilization reports);
    • Check missed timesheets and negative difference between staffed vs charged hours;
    • Identify unassigned staff on a timely basis and report this promptly
    • Liaise with engagement managers in scheduling their engagements and proactively and fairly solving conflicts with others;
    • Trace timely notification and reflection in Retain of all types of vacations, trainings and excused leaves;
    • Train newly-hired employees providing them with staffing policy issues.
    • Prepare the following reports for each department and send them to Managers and Partners on a weekly basis:
      • Time Charges report – to monitor Planned vs Charged time
      • Utilization report
      • Staffing report
      • Availability report

    Qualifications

    • Must be a graduate with at least 5 years’ experience
    • Proven experience as staffing coordinator or similar position
    • Experience in resource planning and monitoring in a similar environment
    • Knowledge of staffing policies, procedures and best practices
    • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Reliable with a respect to confidentiality
