To sell the Kenya airways product and network to achieve the set sales target within Nigeria
To derive the sales plan for Nigeria to deliver the budgeted objectives
To monitor and recommend pricing levels in Nigeria to maximize yield and revenue
To identify new sales opportunities and take steps to implement them for new revenue streams
Develop and service trade pattern to maximize loyalty and revenue generation
To be the principal administrator for Kenya airways in Nigeria while safeguarding KQ interest.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
University graduate in a relevant area of study
Minimum of 5 years airline experience in sales and marketing of which 2 must be at a senior level
Computer literate with valid driving license
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong analytical skills
Good negotiator and ability to influence proficiency
High level of integrity
Good communicator and articulate
Good KQ product knowledge
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR
Achieve market share passenger and revenue target as set (yields ,revenues and pax numbers)
Visible revenue/passenger number growth
Meet set target on frequent flyer program and redemption target
Highly efficiency standards through quality of customer relationship
