Recruiting Intern/Front Desk at AFM Recruit

Key results for our Recruiting Interns include:

• Source, recruit and qualify candidates against assigned job descriptions; Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
• Partner with Hiring Managers to coordinate and schedule department interviews
• Facilitate the onboarding process of candidates for our new hire orientation
• Participate in the evaluation and modification of current recruiting processes to improve efficiency
• Provide administrative and logistical support for our high-volume Corporate Recruiting Team

Qualifications

• College graduate or currently enrolled in an accredited college
• Basic/​Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook experience
• Previous sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus
• Must be available to work at our Lekki office 25+​ hours/​week
