    Chief Commercial Officer

    The Chief Commercial Officer will report to the CEO and have responsibility for the strategic direction of business development.

    Key responsibilities

    • Create and execute a sales and marketing strategy to drive increased CIT and Cash Processing volumes
    • Produce and distribute thought leadership across multiple channels to promote the company brand
    • Commercialize new product lines including ATM management and bank neutral hubs
    • Build, maintain and manage product and service collateral including service brochures, guides, web pages, presentations and a bid library
    • Maintain communication with operations, finance and IT teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of new business
    • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision makers at customers and strategic partners
    • Lead regional sales and marketing staff

    Qualifications

    • 10+ years’ sales and marketing/sales experience
    • Experience within the financial services industry

    Professional skills

    • Strong consultative, analytical and problem solving skills
    • Excellent interpersonal/communication and negotiation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to present product and service solutions to key decision makers

    Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

    Key responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the Company in line with the vision and strategy developed by the Board of Directors and achieve key strategic and financial targets
    • Increase market penetration for core Cash in Transit and Cash Processing services with the Central Bank of Nigeria, Banks, Retailers and other Corporates
    • Improve operational efficiency
    • Oversee the development and launch of new business lines (such as outsourced ATM services and bank neutral hubs) for new and existing customers
    • Work closely with the CFtprepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments and initiatives, and advise the Board of Directors regarding investment risk and return Implement a firm wide culture of global best practices, continuous improvement and efficiency

    Manage the Senior Management team
    Act as an ambassador for the Company and cash management industry in Nigeria at important functions, industry events and public meetings

     Qualifications

    • 10+ years of corporate managerial experience within the Nigerian financial industry
    • Previous responsibility managing a P&L

    • Demonstrated ability tdevelop and nurture relationships at the highest levels of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Nigeria’s deposit money banks, Corporates, local and international suppliers
    • Strong ability torganize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly
    • Leadership, including the ability tmanage time effectively and handle both internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong management and organization skills
