    Customer Retention Specialist

    Details:
    Job Description:

    • Manages all customer retention activities
    • Retain customers utilizing product and service knowledge to provide customers with correct solutions
    • Encourage customers to renew their accounts on time
    • Responsible for Customers End to End life cycle in the network 
    • Responsible for Customer Retentions at Touch points
    • Responsible for leading a team of retention members
    • Attempts to solve problem in order to retain customers

    Skills

    • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
    • 3 years’ experience in customer retention
    • Proven track record of success in previous role(s) with references
    • Strong in Microsoft Excel
    • Ability to manage a small team
    • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Understanding of basic CRM software favorable 
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

    MIS Executive

    Details:

    MIS – SALES JOB DESCRIPTION.

    • Maintain records of secondary sales and in market sales
    • Sales return & Credit Note Entries
    • Maintenance of Sales Report of the Company
    • Maintain Register of Debit Note/Credit Note/Sales Return/Damage Returns
    • Maintaining individual Distributor Files
    • Email information of Invoice Issued/Credit Note Issued Default to Distributors, respective sales team member, manager and management.
    • Coordination with field staff
    • Coordination with distributors to process incoming orders and other order related queries.
    • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely shipment of all the order and communicating the same corresponding sales staff and distributor.
    • Update of Sales MIS (Achievement, Growth, PM, sales trend analysis.) as per Management requirement.
    • Incentive calculation (Monthly, Cycle wise, Brand wise, Yearly basis)
    • Generation of Daily Sales Reports
    • Coordination with HR department for Field staff service operations.
    • Candidate must have with Service enable company.
