    Information Security (IS) Team Lead

    Job Description

    Job Summary

    • Evaluating market for new business opportunities.
    • Sales, implementation and support of vendor security solutions and services.
    • Key account management.
    • Implement defined marketing strategies to achieve targeted sales.
    • Design industry-specific IT security architecture and road map for compliance.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Identify business markets for company and partner products.
    • Participate in strategic and tactical objectives to include new product offerings, identify additional client needs, and generate new business leads.
    • Correspond with clients and communicate security issues, recommendations, and deliverables.
    • Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the software
    • Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of deployment and use of security solutions.
    • Evaluate and/or Implement IS solutions and controls to ensure data security and integrity for clients.
    • Provide assistance and input into sales and service delivery activities.
    • Provide High Level project cost Estimation (HLE) and quotes.
    • Conduct technical requirements gathering and assessment.
    • Lead directly or indirectly project management activities and deliverables for the projects within the information security unit.
    • Work with stakeholders to agree the approach for project implementation.
    • Actively involved in the development, and delivery of IT strategy.
    • Provide documentation for RFP’s and general project proposals.
    • Support and develop a pipeline of the technical expertise that will be required to meet long-term business goals.

    Competency and Skill Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, in enterprise information security management (Auditing, Firewall Design and Implementation, Risk Analysis, Identity and Access Management, Web Services.)
    • Knowledge across the IT/network architecture.
    • Good understanding of business analysis and project management methods.
    • Very good conceptual and analytical thinking skills
    • Strong consultative sales methodology.
    • Expert negotiation skills while working with vendors and clients.
    • Familiar with the sales life cycle and have both pre-sales and delivery experience.

    • Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends (both technology and leadership) to help refine IT Strategy.
    • Possession of relevant certification(s) including, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH etc.
