A global training consultancy has engaged us to source a Master Trainer, an experienced "Train the Teacher" Trainer for a new project that they are rolling out focused on the development of modern education practices. The ideal candidate would have a academic and professional background in teaching/training with the education sector (preferably primary, secondary, schools) and branched out into corporate training. You will part of a new team that will be rolling out the brands new training and assessments in schools and universities at a later date.
 
This role is an exciting opportunity and ideal fit for a person who has excellent soft skills, and who has experience of training within the education sector. Ideally, you are a person who is committed to self-development – you may have been a teacher, coach or mentor in past positions.

The ideal candidate should have exceptional presentation and training skills , along with a positive commitment to being a genuine team player and delighting the students and teachers who go through your training programmes, constantly striving to improve and develop the experience and impact you make during your training sessions.

Experience Required

• Master’s Degree in Education or equivalent
• 10+ years relevant teaching / training / train the trainer experience preferably in the education sector
• Experience as a coach and/or mentor will be preferred
• ASTD accreditation will be an advantage, as will any other coaching or mentoring certificates
• Degree in child psychology or educational psychology
• Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver outstanding training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design & development, and training methodologies
• Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required
• Proven training experience and proficient in training methodologies, curriculum development and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management,etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guideteachers
• Experience in developing comprehensive training and mentoringplans
• Ability to perform challenging and complex work
• High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style
• Strong professional acumen andjudgement
• Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Tech-savvy and highlycomputer literate with experience using MSOffice and web-based systems, visual aids technology
• High levels of developed soft skills (good communication, critical thinking etc.) and an active interest in education and softskills
• Excellent creative and conceptual thinkingabilities
• Proficiency in English required
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Able and willing to travel to various regions
