    Business Development Executive (Travel)

    Education: A good first degree or its equivalent (HND) in any discipline

    Experience: 2-3 year experience in Marketing, online marketing and business development ( travel , hospitality industry knowledge will be a great advantage

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of Sabre GDS although not essential is an added advantage
    • Good written and oral communication skills
    • Computer literate  and must be familiar with all social media channels
    • Administrative skills
    • Organization and priority skills
    • Office is located in LEKKI so candidate must live in easy commutable distance to the office. 

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Identify opportunities for new business development, and help secure new corporate through the presentation and promotion of our product and service offerings.
    • Maintain and develop a good working relationship with new and existing client base
    • Preparation of contracts, proposals and presentations, presentations. Prepare action plans to identify specific targets, report on competitor activity.
    • Update, manage and adapt corporate booking module as and when the need arises, assist in generating a regular business travel newsletter which will be distributed to all of our  clients.
    • Responding to clients concerns and enquiries in a prompt and courteous manner to ensure client satisfaction.
    • Manage our social media handles

    Work Hours - Monday - Friday 9:00am- 6.00pm.; Two Saturdays a month: 10:00am - 1:00p.m.

    Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

    Education: BSc/HND, MBA

    Experience: 3-5 years experience in Real Estate

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Heading the marketing tdeam
    • Co-ordinate the marketing team for effective results
    • Promote property through marketing initiatives;
    • Maintain social media presence at property level and at a corporate level;
    • Maintain accurate information on company website;
    •  Design promotional products to track effectiveness of other marketing initiatives;
    • Draft Press Releases, represent the company to media outlets;
    • Seek to maximize rental income, set goals and track vs. internal and external benchmarks;
    • Seek to minimize marketing expenses, develop annual forecasts;
    • Visually inspect interior and exterior of properties according to regular schedule, daily, weekly, monthly;
    • Negotiate deals and close deals
    • Secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
    • Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for team members to achieve, these goals are tracked through sales meeting
    • During the meeting, sales managers discuss whether or not the sales team, as a whole, is meeting goals. If the goals are not met, sales managers offer advice and motivation.d
